Miro is part of my day to day, it's the best tool for quick co-creation of content in a visual way

  • October 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's strengths like in composition, its very fast and easy to throw and shuffle lots of content without a huge effort and complex on-boarding. There's plenty of features for facilitators that make it very fast to knock up a session in no time to help groups get to consensus and clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is common feedback from all interactive whiteboards, that if you weren't involved in content creation a wall of content is hard to mentally process. It's very easy to plaster a wall with content that translated to information overwhelm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it very easy to go through the process: New board > add some templates and common collaborative workflows > lead/facilitate a session > have insights and consensus at the end of the session.

An excellent meeting point

What do you like best about the product?
You can collaborate both in real-time and in a deferred manner, which is now called "asynchronous work." It includes chat and video conferences. It is very useful for developing ideas, as a board can have a starting point, but you will continue using it for years. For example, we have one from 2021 that we keep updating and improving. It functions as a repository of knowledge that facilitates dynamics in which each person contributes their perspective and then a collective vision of the team is built. It is truly a real revolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
First of all, the issue of zoom can be problematic. If users do not coordinate, one can end up creating something the size of a model, while another designs something as large as one of the 7 sisters. The learning curve is not that simple either; inviting people who have never used the tool to a workshop can be quite chaotic. The free version serves its purpose, although it has its limitations, and when you move to the paid versions and add more users, you start to question the return on investment of all this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a collaborative platform that allows simultaneous work in both physical and virtual teams.

Miro is a powerful and versatile collaboration tool that enables creative, efficient teamwork

  • October 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate with my colleagues in a shared space, where we can create a wide variety of materials for our work projects without many limitations... texts, diagrams, picture collages, tables, and more. This enables quick and efficient work. I also love being able to quickly export my creations as JPGs.
Miro has been a tool I’ve used for multiple workshops and meetings, even with clients.
I use Miro very often. It depends on phase of project, but sometimes I use it daily.
It was easy for me to integrate Miro in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle when trying to copy and paste materials into other tools. For example, texts from sticky notes often turn into disorganized word clutter when copied into a text document. I’d also really appreciate the option of an offline version. There have been multiple occasions when we had to postpone a meeting due to connection issues or a Miro outage.
When a board is too large, it does load more slowly, but that’s somewhat expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across teams → provides a shared space where colleagues can work together in real time.
Organization of ideas → helps structure brainstorming outcomes and project materials in one place.
Workshop and meeting facilitation → supports interactive sessions with colleagues and clients, even remotely.

Seamless Collaboration with Miro's Intuitive Interface

  • October 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro for managing projects like my graphic novel as it makes exploring different ideas and designs easy. The setup was intuitive and seamless, enhancing my experience. Its collaboration tools allow me to work with other artists and gather inputs efficiently. I love the functionality of copying and pasting emails onto the board and being able to draw, write, and edit text directly. The platform's ease of use and versatility are major factors that would make me choose to purchase Miro again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially thought Miro was much worse compared to other tools like PRF that I used previously. I also have concerns about the potential for Miro to become overly complicated in the future, which might hinder the creative process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate, share references, and gather inputs from creators in one place, streamlining our project management and creative process.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Figma, but decided to switch to Miro. It's very good. I can easily exchange opinions with people in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. However, it might be better if the task of enlarging or reducing after pasting aligns with the grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a design

Miro helps me get it done!

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's really handy having a collaborative space that is easily accessed from anywhere. We use it as a reference guide that anyone can update. Also as a way to create and share storyboards for passing work between teams. Even as a place to create fun onboarding spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes intricate diagrams get a bit finnicky, but it's mostly when pushing it to its limits. The mouse wheel changing between zooming and scrolling can be a bit annoying too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one collaborative space to keep track of our weekly tasks each sprint. It's easier to organise our sprints in Miro than it is in Jira! Then we sync the changes over to Jira.

It's also useful to have an easy to update reference guide to keep track of our protocols - for ourselves and for onboarding.

Creating a Sales Roadmap in Miro

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
i've been using Miror for the last 4 months, at least one time per week its preatty easy to implement and use and what i most like about Miror is how easy it is to use. You can create diagrams and Flowcharts, add comments, sales pitch and store email templates and that is the best part of it, you can keep everything together all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom feature is somewhat difficult and tedious to use so it make it difficult when u tryng to show a flowcharts to some one else and there's nor a clear guide how to contact customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been instrumental in helping me document various processes within my company. I find it especially useful for creating diagrams and flowcharts, and it also proves to be a valuable resource when training new employees.

Miro - Collaboration and brainstorming in one!

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love miro as a collaboration tool to work with my team mates on projects to ideate and refine what we are going to do. I also really like it as a blank canvas to just brainstorm ideas and workflows before i formalise anything, a great way to take things from my head on to 'paper'. We use it frequently at Sharesies to plan work, ideate work and track work
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the commentating on miro a bit frustrating and the voting tool can be a bit buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of collaboration with remote work forces. This has replaced the getting everyone into a room with a whiteboard which i appreciate

Great tool - even for a basic user!

  • October 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm by no means a power user, but love using Miro for remote team collaboration. It's been a game changer for team activities, and I love how many templates I can check out and modify from the community!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything, just can be such a robust tool it's overwhelming for a more basic user. Hard to learn everything that's available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is great for collaboration, and that's big for me as a remote team leader. It helps us come together on ideas and serves as a great visual tool to do so.
