Easy to use and very multi-functional
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly. Even when members of my team don't have experience using Miro, it's easy for them to pick it up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, although perhaps I wish the service was cheaper. I have never interfaced with customer service either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business sells products that are FDA-registered, and so we have a number of processes within our company around quality and traceability that are hard for any one person to remember. We use Miro to diagram and map out all our processes.
A Game-Changer for Visual Collaboration and Workflow Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Miro Dashboard has completely transformed the way our team collaborates and visualizes complex workflows. As an Industrial Engineer, I often deal with cross-functional projects that require clear communication and real-time updates. Miro delivers exactly that.
One of the standout features is the real-time collaboration. Whether we're brainstorming, reviewing metrics, or aligning on priorities, everyone can contribute simultaneously without any lag or confusion. It’s like having a digital whiteboard that’s always accessible and always up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro’s mobile experience is not as polished as its desktop version. While it’s helpful to have access on the go, navigating complex boards or making precise edits on a phone or tablet can be clunky and frustrating. The touch controls sometimes misinterpret gestures, and certain features feel limited or hidden compared to the desktop interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been instrumental in helping us map both the current and future states of our warehouse management system. Using swim lane diagrams, we’ve been able to clearly visualize how our processes flow across multiple systems, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for optimization. It’s given our team a much deeper understanding of system interactions and where improvements can be made.
Collaboration Without Borders
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate with people beyond the walls of an office or boardroom is invaluable. Miro enables this in a low-friction high-aesthetic manner. I like being able to share frames as PDF files, and the ability to collect comments in addition to collaborative participation.
I like that I can create boards for my personal use (i.e. for my own thought processes and for personal projects) as well as boards where partners can build on each other's thinking.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the character limits in text boxes and tables. The only other thing I'd love to be able to do (at this time) is created more organic (free-form) shapes than the standard ones available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on paper with post-its a lot, but translating this into sharable documents is an obvious challenge. being able to share thinking and precess via Miro is a life-saver!
When all partners can be in a room together to collaborate on a project Miro is a game-changer, by bridging the geographical divide.
In addition, I am able to create documents that are visually appealing in Mire, which other virtual whiteboards don't allow me to do. This is important to me as a visually-stimulated thinker.

Perfect for hybrid collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's really good to have a way of collaborating during hybrid meetings, or when you want to come back to workshops with other stakeholders and review ideas at a later time. I really like the templates and design ideas. I find it easy to use and like how you can integrate other applications into boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult for people outside our organisation to log in and access our boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows multiple stakeholders to be able to participate in workshops or review other people's ideas without necessarily having to be present in the same workshop. It's also a good way to see how an idea has progressed over time.
Best tool for any creative

It's sometimes/rarely overwhelming for other colleagues, they often don't know where to begin or where to click. They don't expect how much is possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing workshops remote, or doing them in real life but on a screen, then I don't lose any sticky notes that aren't sticking. Visualizing all my ideas, or all inspiration images superfast without having to print , saving a lot of time.
The best online collaboration tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a complete tool, designed with the user experience in mind, and it has an essential range of features for those who want to collaborate on online projects. I am a facilitator and have been using it for many years, and I can confidently say that it is the most complete tool. It also has a really great community!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem with Miro is that, when used excessively, it becomes very heavy to load, and sometimes it doesn't load. It is also not very simple for first-time users, so I don't always choose it as an option if the team I'm working with doesn't have many digital skills.
