Great tool for collaboration and visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible tool with many different features. It does the work of multiple other tools and it store all of that in one single tool.
Very easy and intuitive to use, easy even for first time users.
It is my go-to tool and I use it basically every day; it also intergrate well with most of the tools I use (e.g. confluence, figma, ...)

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to create folders and organize content to make sure I don't loose files. The new features (Docs, Tables, ...) are very rigid and do not work as good as the previous functionality (text, table, ...)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves the same functions of multiple other tools (word, figjam, excel, ..) in one tool. It is very flexible and allows to organize workshops, collaborate with other people. Basically it is like being in the same room and having a whiteboard where anyone can add notes. Works very smooth, fast, and rarely has any bug/issue.

Miro helps me work more productively across multiple streams of work with my team. We can easily track and collaborate on individual projects all in one place, and it also makes it simple to hold meetings and catch-ups related to those projects. It serves as our central hub for everything we work on, allowing us to make use of all its features and adapt it to a variety of purposes; work and fun!

The experience of building boards on Miro - collaboratively or alone, is great. It's easy and fast... and once you get the hang of shortcuts it's the best.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create whiteboards, and the platform supports a variety of program management boards such as ROAM boards and project planning workflows. Sharing and collaborating with the team is straightforward, making it a user-friendly thinking platform. I find it especially well-suited for brainstorming sessions and cross-team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally feel that it has quite a steep learning curve. It would be helpful if there were any training sessions related to it. Another drawback I’ve noticed is the loading times; sometimes it feels a bit slow when accessed through browsers instead of the desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team collaboration is smooth, regardless of time zones. File sharing is straightforward, and both video and audio calling work well. The inclusion of timers helps manage breakout rooms effectively. Project management features, such as risk assessments and retrospectives, are also supported.
Empowering Collaboration and Creativity with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is the way it effortlessly connects people for collaboration, regardless of their location. Its real-time teamwork capabilities, paired with intuitive visual tools, make brainstorming and planning sessions both engaging and productive. Miro helps turn complex ideas into organized, easy-to-understand visuals that everyone can participate in, making the collaborative process efficient and genuinely inspiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve encountered with Miro is that large, complex boards can occasionally feel overwhelming or take longer to load, particularly when multiple people are collaborating simultaneously. Additionally, while most features are quite intuitive, a few of the more advanced tools require some time to become comfortable with. Nevertheless, these issues are relatively minor when weighed against the overall value the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of effective collaboration in remote and hybrid work environments by removing the barriers of distance. It provides a shared visual space where teams can brainstorm, plan, and organize ideas together in real time. Without Miro, aligning on complex projects or creative workflows often feels fragmented and inefficient.
What I appreciate most is how it brings clarity and structure to my work while still encouraging creativity. Rather than dealing with scattered notes or using separate tools, everything is consolidated on a single interactive board where ideas are visually mapped and easy to engage with. This approach not only saves time but also keeps the entire team aligned, reduces miscommunication, and makes the creative process much more engaging and productive.

Really useful for brainstorming, mapping our user flows, and overall tool as a product manager
What do you like best about the product?
The Miroverse offers a wealth of excellent resources, including templates and examples that demonstrate the best ways to use Miro. I also appreciate that it serves as a collaborative tool, working for an online company, it can be challenging to keep people engaged during meetings, but this platform has proven to be very helpful in that regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used it on both a Mac and a Windows PC, and I find that it feels less seamless on Windows. There is definitely room for improvement in the user experience on that platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I focus on early-stage discovery and strategy roadmapping, ensuring that Jira cards are tracked effectively through the integration process. I also participate in scrum ceremonies such as retrospectives using the Miro templates, among other activities.
