Tool for brainstorming with team and visualization of process flows
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to brainstorm, plan, and collaborate visually with teammates, even remotely. I like how intuitive the interface is and how quickly everyone can start using it without long onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boards get heavy with many elements, which can slow performance. Also, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps overcome the challenge of running effective workshops and brainstorming sessions remotely. Instead of scattered notes and long discussions, everything is captured visually on one board. It improves alignment across teams, speeds up decision-making, and makes collaboration more engaging. For me, it has replaced physical whiteboards and reduced the need for endless emails.

Miro: the go to remote working whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration features. Our company works in a remote environment, so co-creation is so important. Because of Miro, I don't miss the IRL whiteboard moments as we get them online now! Not only is it easy to use, but implementation across the company has been so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Overall I've been very happy with my experience using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the tool to wireframe my web projects so that more of the team can help shape what I am creating, but also easily see what I am trying to build.
Effortless Collaboration with Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro provides a vast space for collaborative research, enriched with many elements and pre-made templates that simplify my tasks. The sticky notes and different markers enhance my creativity. The ease of navigating around the board without interruptions and the recent AI feature add immense value to my experience.

I don't like that sometimes the templates are a little confusing to understand.

Lost in the wide sea and issue in low bandwidth network
What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of integration with Jira tool chain
2. Easy to use and minimal learning curve for anyone
3. Miro is single suite solution for many

What do you dislike about the product?
1. When there are many items in the Miro, searching is big pain and difficult. Maybe - there should better filter option based on the creator, dates etc.
2. In high bandwidth network - miro works really good but, there is slight drop in the bandwidth - it takes time to load. I believe - some mechanism of caching requires to be built and also, some way of working in low bandwidth

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration through diagramming and mind mapping
productive collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Using miro is very easy, and I can easily integrate in google meet when I conduct online lesson. I use miro at least once a week to allow my students working collaboratively in group. There are many ways that my students can show their mathematics work. They can work on their notebook and upload it directly on the website or they can write directly by using their ipad. Customer support is also very helpful, and there are faq page where I can find the solution to my problems. Finally, you dont have to always download app to use miro. You can use chrome to access and implement changes easily to the miro board.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far miro is a really great tool to collaborate and I have nothing to complain about miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miro helped me to encourage collaborative work between students during lesson and they still can review this in the future. this helped to save time rather than waiting for the students writing on the classroom board and then wipe the class board after lesson.
General good to use with space to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Makes brainstorming and workshops easy with its flexible and interactive interface. It is engaging and easy to introduce to broader audience during workshops. Overall it is an excellent way to collaborate in a visually appealing way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to navigate when multiple slides are in use. The moving mouse with users' name on it sometimes looks distractive.
The font selection is much less than MicroSoft default, which make the corporate branding alignment difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company our teams are often remote or hybrid. Miro captures ideas quickly, and makes workshops run much smoother. It can engage with external partners to work together as well.
Making online collaboration and brainstorming easy and fun
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is our go-to place for online team ceremonies and team activities - it's so intuitive to use and has got the fundamental functionality correct. Often we have to create multiple sticky notes and diagrams and yet Miro is still responsive and quick to load the screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Confluence as it seems like an iframe which means when you scroll the Confluence page you often end up scrolling the Miro page. Loading/performance from seeing Miro page from the page seems a bit laggy/slow. Does not feel it's fully integrated as one experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is still useful to wireframe if your feature/product prototype cannot be fully created by GenAI.
Great for creative collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Miro the ease of use, instant ways to adjust, experiment and map out information, and the collaborative features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the toolbar - I would prefer it to be more intuitive and inline with other softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves collaboration and brainstorming challenges by providing a digital whiteboard for teams to visualize and organize ideas in real-time. It benefits me by enhancing productivity, streamlining communication, and facilitating creative problem-solving
Critical Consulting Kit
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an independent consultant, and most of my work is done remotely. Miro provides a robust collaboration platform where I can co-create with clients across town or across the Atlantic. From simple boards to brainstorm a workshop agenda to complex research analysis and journey mapping, we rely on Miro as an easy-to-use but powerful visualization and collaboration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As is typical with software, they release new features faster than I can keep up with them. At one point, I was enrolled in some sort of training/certification system, trying to learn and keep up with everything Miro can do. But I was just too busy with client work and running a business to become a Miro expert. It's a great product, but there are too many use cases that don't apply to me and I probably don't know about some features that would be really handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a way to collaborate visually with clients in other cities and countries.
