Perfect for organizing my de-organized ideas in a powerfull canvas
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the freedom it gives me to organize and express my ideas. It also opens up possibilities for creating powerful, interactive presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the board becomes more cluttered, Miro tends to get increasingly slower, and this slowdown is even more noticeable when using the web view.
The text settings could be more powerful; for example, bulleted lists should update their symbols to reflect parent-child relationships, and there should be clearer distinctions between header levels, such as H1 being bold and large, H2 smaller and bold, and H3 even smaller and not bold.
I would also appreciate integration with ChatGPT or a similar language model.

A flexible collaboration tool that makes remote teamwork easier
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use and quick to implement, so teams can jump in without a steep learning curve. The wide range of features, from sticky notes to advanced templates, covers almost every collaboration need, and the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Drive make it fit naturally into our workflow. I use it frequently for workshops, planning, and brainstorming, and it always helps keep everyone aligned. Customer support has also been helpful whenever questions come up, which makes adoption even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get overwhelming with large boards, performance slows down when too many elements are added, especially if the internet connection isn’t strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of bringing distributed teams together in one shared space. Instead of long meetings or endless email threads, we can brainstorm, map processes, and align on ideas visually in real time. It reduces miscommunication and speeds up decision-making because everyone sees the same board and can contribute at once. For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency, workshops, project planning, and design discussions that once took days now take a single session, with clear outputs we can act on immediately.
Great tool for collaborative brainstorming and discovery
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro — it’s an excellent collaborative tool that makes working with teams seamless, whether in the same room or spread across the globe. It’s especially powerful for brainstorming, running workshops, and UX discovery sessions, where ideas need to be captured quickly and organized visually. The flexibility of the boards, combined with real-time collaboration, makes it easy to bring people together and keep momentum going. It’s become one of my go-to tools for turning scattered thoughts into structured outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if the board is quite populated can be a bit slow, also would like to be able to add videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling collaboration in a remote work setup is essential for maintaining productivity and teamwork. It helps team members stay connected and work together effectively, even when they are not in the same physical location.
Organized Agile Workflows and Clear Roadmaps
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it incredibly easy to design and customize Kanban boards, which has been a game changer for my agile workflows. I can organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and visualize progress all in one space. The ability to map out roadmaps visually helps me and my team align on priorities and timelines. Its drag-and-drop interface feels intuitive, and the wide variety of templates saves a lot of setup time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is powerful, it can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the sheer number of features. There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially when collaborating with people who aren’t familiar with digital whiteboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize agile workflows by giving me a clear way to map out tasks on Kanban boards and visualize roadmaps. This makes it easier to prioritize work, assign responsibilities, and keep track of progress across teams. It has reduced the time spent in status meetings, improved collaboration, and created more transparency in project timelines. Overall, it helps me align strategy with execution in one shared space.
Effortless collaboration and intuitive tools
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me is how easy it is for anyone to start using this tool. Sharing with both internal and external stakeholders is straightforward, making collaboration seamless. We rely on it daily for prototyping, workshops, and strategy sessions. I especially appreciate that new team members can quickly get started in the cloud without needing to download or install anything. Integrating it with our existing workflows and tools has also been a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when files become very large—which does happen from time to time—the page can slow down somewhat. It would be helpful to have some safeguards in place to address this, though it's a minor issue that only affects a small number of our files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we use it to organize all our system components in a single location. It provides a comprehensive overview of our entire ecosystem's architecture. This has proven to be extremely helpful, especially as our company grows and the need to document everything, including all workflows, becomes increasingly important.
