My go to tool
What do you like best about the product?
Platform stability; breadth of features offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to only be able to accept English input; would be good to be able to export things like the Post-it App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me connect virtually with people to problem solve.
Great Flexibility and Board Size, but Slow Loading and No Last Spot Memory
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in options and the size of each board
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times and remembering the last spot on board when you log back in would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote whiteboarding
Easy to Use, but Needs More Flexibility Than Figma
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to pick up how to use. Straightforward to put together wireframes, compared to Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more flexibility in its existing features. Like a select all for all elements etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy for PMs to put together wireframes in a short amount of time, without much time needed.
Great for Remote Collaboration, but Project and User Management Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of working together with my colleagues remotely. This was particularly useful when we had the pandemic, but it remains important today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still think that the organization of projects, users and teams could be better. Something that also doesn't work well is file and link management. It seems to me that all the time Miro generates new charges because users who need to enter sporadically end up creating an account when entering a co-creation activity and I always need to check this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of co-creating remotely and centralizing project information for the entire team in a single framework, also in the context of remote work. This is the "superpower" we have when using Miro.
Powerful Collaboration, Needs Mobile Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I find the tags feature incredibly helpful for tracking task status, enabling our team to efficiently manage tasks and deadlines. Miro's powerful platform is excellent for planning and keeps our team organized, making project management much easier. Additionally, I appreciate how Miro allows me to swiftly see my completed and upcoming tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile app version of Miro underwhelming as it still needs some enhancements. While it's useful for quick reviews and comments, it lacks smoothness and features compared to the web version. Additionally, when I first started using Miro, I found it hard to understand and set up; the initial process felt difficult until I became more accustomed to it. Moreover, there's a need for enhanced timesheet features, including start and end times for tasks, which would improve tracking for our project deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline project planning and task management, making it easy to track progress with task tags and deadlines, enhancing team productivity.
Flexible for Solo work and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly flexible for doing all sorts of tasks, from solo brainstorming, to large group collaborative activities, and many things inbetween.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the updates about something changed on a board that I don't really care about, and can't seem to see an easy way to know exactly what changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us gain alignment on topics in a visual and collaborative way. For cases where written docs aren't ideal, and visual elements help to communicate ideas and get feedback, Miro is our go to.
Feedback on the service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in Miro is impressive.
Lots of functionality.
I use the service about three times a week.
I haven't contacted technical support, so I can't comment on that.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that many elements are included in the additional subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to quickly create a prototype or mock-up, thereby breaking down the idea into parts.
Easy to Start with Miro, almost no onboarding needed
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very straightforward to use. If you are comfortable with technology, you likely won't need any in-depth onboarding. You can simply sign up and begin creating right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Miro offers so much flexibility and allows users to create almost anything, it can sometimes become disorganized and difficult to keep the board clear, particularly when many people are collaborating. Introducing more detailed permission settings could help address this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mind mapping, strategy road maps, visual collaboration
Great for Mind Mapping , Wire-framing and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool for mind mapping, designing mobile app flows, and creating wireframes for my mobile application. Best part is, it lets me collaborate with my team with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the flexibility I need to customize flows or mindmaps according to my requirements. For example, I would like the option to add different shapes to represent various processes within a flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows me to brainstorm ideas and develop them further on a whiteboard, making it easy to create flows and wireframes that help me visualize my concepts. Overall, it's an excellent platform for bringing ideas to life onto a collaborative board and working on them with others.
Great for Sharing Ideas with Team and Clients
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to share ideas, whether it's with my team or with clients. Specially the AI tools when it summarizes the content discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I dislike the video calls; rather, I wish I could use it more often. However, it seems that everyone already has their own preferred video call platforms, which makes it challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily running brand strategy workshops, and sometimes showcasing concepts and present directions.
