Miro has changed my productiviy by providing me one place for all my daily work tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be extremely helpful through its user friendly design, visually appealing notes, ease of integration with Zapier (my AI personal planner), and the easy way I could quickly implemente it into my organization, I use miro every day to plan my work day. I would reccomend this to anyone trying to get organized quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is that everytime I sign back in, the software automatically makes me rename the document. I consider this a small price to pay for such a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to organize all my tasks across different apps where my assignments are given.

How it allows you to represent your ideas in a very well presented and creative way while embedding support tools for your work efficiency as well

I could not find two way arrows for diagrams, but that could be me ;) but I did try hard - Its that good

Creating product boards, and workflows, architecture maps and basically most of my visual charting needs

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro every day for my work as well as my personal brainstorming tasks. Miro is flexible and can be used in many different ways and that's what Iove about it the most, the use of use and its flexibility! I also love the new AI feature they've added which can make it easier for me to categorize my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I dislike about it as long as they keep innovating and continuing the high quality of features that they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use of Miro for me in my work is being able to collaborate easily with colleagues and stakeholders. It makes sharing and communicating ideas and iterating quickly very convenient. As a UX/Product designer, I can get feedback on all kinds of ideas and they could be as simple as sticky notes or having team members view and comment on detailed wireframes and journey maps. I also love that it integrates easily with other tools.

I like the fact that it allows me to create flow in all elements of the work I do. It allows collaboration and creativity across the organisation and easy flow from concept to formal documentation

The Gen AI features I feel are still a little behind being useful to output quality outputs

Very powerful - all in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
That it combines several applications in one. Potential is enormous. It is fairly easy to use when you spend some time testing the features to understand how to apply them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Layers - could be so much mor useful and have more features. At the beginning there is not match in terms of examples how layers can eb sued so this is second thing that I don't like about it - took me a while to find some useful info on layers and this feature applicability.
Unable to split screen feature - It would help to to see the bigger picture while you adjust detail.
AI - is not so useful in creating flows and needs amore tweaking before it will deliver me any value. Overall useful to get to to do the small thing
UX could be better - needs polishing here and there.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it helps me work with others easily, even when we are not in the same place. The whiteboard is simple to use, and I can add notes, images, and diagrams to share ideas. It’s great for planning projects, brainstorming, and organizing tasks. I also like that Miro works well with other tools like Google Drive and Slack, so everything stays connected. It saves time and makes teamwork more fun and creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro feels slow when the board has a lot of content. It can take time to load, and that makes it harder to work quickly. Also, some tools are not easy to find at first, so new users may need time to learn how to use everything. I think the price is also a bit high for small teams or personal use.

Miro helps me organize ideas and work with others more easily. Before, it was hard to share visual plans or brainstorm with remote teams. Now, I can use Miro to create diagrams, mind maps, and project boards that everyone can see and edit in real time. This saves time and improves communication. It also helps me stay focused and manage tasks better, especially when working on design or IT projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro’s intuitive drag-and-drop tools for creating project templates and diagrams. The infinite panel provides ample space for visualizing ideas, which simplifies my presentations significantly. It’s very helpful for quick setups, allowing me to visualize and present ideas in minutes. The option to create boxes within frames and connect them automatically with arrows makes my work smoother and easier. I also value its collaborative features that allow seamless sharing and working with team members. This makes Miro an invaluable asset to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more AI features within the board itself. Incorporating some kind of generative solutions or AI-based template solutions would be a great addition. This could work similarly to how one uses AI templates in document slides, enhancing the usefulness and appeal of Miro even further.

Miro is solving the challenge of scattered ideas and misaligned communication. Before, moodboards, project data, and discussions were spread across multiple tools, making collaboration time-consuming. With Miro, everything comes together in one space—design references, notes, and brainstorming sessions are easy to organize and visually clear. This not only saves time but also keeps the team on the same page, making discussions more productive and decision-making much faster. It’s really improved both our creativity and efficiency.

Easy drag and drop and Smart copy paste of excel table into miro dashboards.

Nothing to hate. Everything is smooth as butter.

Product development: It helps me map data flow across different modules being developed and mapping ERD as well as Creating flows with existing templates.
