Best tool for facilitating workshops and collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is, without a doubt, one of the tools I use the most in my daily work. I use it for everything from documenting discovery stages to organizing workshops and co creation sessions. It’s super easy to use, very intuitive, and packed with features that make collaboration flow naturally. I especially like how it helps structure group activities, keeping everything organized, visual, and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure, especially for smaller teams or projects with occasional collaborators, can feel a bit steep. It becomes challenging when you need to invite a large number of external guests who only require temporary access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the major challenge of visualizing and centralizing collaborative work in a remote or hybrid environment. It eliminates the need for multiple, scattered tools by providing a single, infinite canvas to document everything from complex discovery stages to final strategies. Most importantly, it transforms dull, static virtual meetings into highly interactive and structured co-creation sessions and workshops. The main benefit to me is effortless organization and natural collaboration. Miro makes complex processes visible and intuitive, dramatically improving both the efficiency and alignment of my team's daily work.
One of the best platform to manage my architecture projects with the team
What do you like best about the product?
Being easy to understand and to use, has a lot of features like draw and write text mention one of the team, templates, and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking time to upload, and doesn’t support short videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working online problems, working with the team and developing the design in one place, all of us.
Very easy to create a large scoreboard of your business
What do you like best about the product?
huge layout, multiple "panels" at once, can be linked to each other easily. Great place to have all your ideas in ONE SPOT. Because it is sharable with my executive coach, the board is interactive. We use it like email or sharing links, ideas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Icons and drawing tools not intuitive. Some of the templates are "set" (e.g. can't change font size). No auditing to see who left what text or image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great place to note take with my executive coach. interactive. I can go back and see everything in ONE place just by zooming in and out. It's one big document with everything rather than multiple files making it super easy to find things. needs MORE colours
would be even better if it intergrated with slack or some other communication / texting platform

Excellent collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy-to-use collaboration platform that allows for a very simple workflow. It is easy to implement and easy to connect with the company's workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage I see is that the "free" plan is very limited in terms of capacity, having only 3 boards available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped me to structure the strategic and commercial planning process of my company.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro to create my marketing campaigns: it allows me to gather everything in one place, to create different type of content but most importantly to share it easily and work on it with my team. It is useful to create timeline, articulate the content and also very useful for workshops with different teams/ people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike on my side, I use this tool a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- articulation of content when planifying my marketing campaigns
- give structure to my different ideas
- struggling to find information about a project when there is multiple files

Miro Enhances Complex Workflow and Idea Expression
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for its ease of use, as setting it up was nearly effortless for me. I like how it aids in expressing my complex workflow and brainstorming new ideas for process improvements. I enjoy features like moving shapes and the colored sticky notes, which enhance my ability to organize and express ideas visually. The ability to use a small number of boards without a charge is a good incentive for me to consider purchasing more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used Miro extensively and I don't have big issues with it, but I wish the colored sticky notes feature were more flexible (as I need some colors more than others)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to express complex workflows and brainstorm ideas to improve processes, benefiting from its flexibility and allowing free limited use before upgrading.
Unparalleled collaborative toolset
What do you like best about the product?
Miro could have stopped working on their product a year ago and I would still have been recommending it to people, but they continue to push the envelope by releasing new features which so often fill a gap I hadn't even thought of.
Their integrations, like the one with Jira, smooth out the wrinkles of working across multiple platforms and provide a place for colleagues across multiple teams and skillsets to work together.
My team use it almost every day, for putting together everything from roadmaps to running workshops. The timers and voting features make facilitation a breeze and I can't imagine hybrid working without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The nature of an infinite canvas means that boards can become sprawling, and I wish there were better (or better known) features for landmarking.
I also wish that it had support for drawing tablets so that sketching out ideas in sessions was better supported. Sketching out using paper or whiteboards and having to upload it is a loop I would like to see closed.
Finally, boards can get quite messy and I would like to see better options for aligning stickies and sorting out spacing. It's especially difficult to tidy up multiple rows or columns with differing numbers of stickies in them.

Miro provides us with a platform that allowed us to not only move to hybrid workshops, but to actually thrive at them. The quality of life features for preparing a workshop, and being able to move through pre-prepared sections of the whiteboard pair really well with the voting and timers to speed up delivery of workshops. This is something especially noticeable when returning to in-person workshops!
We also use Miro for design sessions, allowing us to very quickly generate ideas and review them before moving onto wireframing those ideas. We can stay in the flow state through multiple different activities, and end up with a valuable asset documenting our process without the need to bring everything together from different applications.

Miro helps visualize ideas and organize teamwork effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an amazing tool for brainstorming, mapping processes, and organizing project ideas visually. It’s intuitive, flexible, and perfect for team collaboration — whether you’re planning a website, marketing strategy, or workflow. I really like how easy it is to invite team members, use templates, and integrate with tools like Google Drive and Slack. It helps turn messy ideas into clear, structured plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes larger boards can become heavy and slow to load, especially when working with many elements or images. The pricing model can also be a bit limiting for smaller teams who want access to more advanced features. Other than that, it’s a great tool overall.

What do you like best about the product?
The stickers bring a vibrant element to my process whenever I'm designing steps or flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When collaborating as a team, you can't edit fields that are being modified by another team member at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies collaboration for our team by offering a whiteboard where we can work together in real time. This approach not only makes our teamwork more efficient but also helps us save time that would otherwise be spent on in-person meetings.
