What do you like best about the product?
What do you like best about Miro
Miro is very intuitive and easy to understand, which made the implementation smooth. It helps to clearly visualize different types of tasks, with plenty of colors and shapes for complex schemes. I like that I can easily share boards with my teammates, and the customer support is reliable. The tool integrates well with other services, and I use it a couple of times per week without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the interface takes a bit of time to get used to. Also, there is a limit on the number of free editable and shareable boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a clear visual overview of processes and helps to map the entire customer journey. When working with colleagues, we can quickly build new branches of the journey or rework outdated schemes, which saves time and makes collaboration much more effective.

AI-Powered Creativity Unleashed with Miro

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro because it provides everything I need in one place, allowing me to be more strategic, especially in product development. Its AI features are insanely powerful, transforming ideas into detailed diagrams effortlessly and enhancing my clarity and speed in brainstorming and presentations. Miro fosters a sense of community and collaboration through its platform, inspiring creativity by connecting users with the Miroverse. The setup process is super easy, with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface that feels like a vision board. Miro makes everything organized, and integrating it with platforms like Zoom keeps my workflow efficient. It has drastically improved my productivity, connecting me with brilliant ideas and creators within its thriving community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a folder feature in Miro similar to what is available in Milanote. This would allow for better organization levels within my boards and enhance the way I can structure my business projects. Additionally, I wish Miro had an option to generate presentations directly from a board using AI or automation. This feature would be incredibly useful for transforming brainstorming information into structured presentations efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me clarity, speeds up my growth, saves time with AI-generated diagrams, and centralizes ideas for strategic development, enhancing productivity with organized, easy-to-use tools.

Great tool for Mechanical Design

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I saw a Youtuber using this software for a mechanical design project, and I instantly went about researching what it was. I discovered Miro, and I really like it. My favorite thing about it is its ability to be an endless e-white board, on which I can paste any note, picture, idea, and format any brainstorming session. I use it to document my design and iteration progress, and I frequently refer back to it. It's very easy to use and very intuitive, at least for the whiteboard features that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is I can't undelete boards if I don't have a paid subscription. Last time I deleted my board on accident, I had to get a free trial, undelete, then cancel my free trial. Not sure why they wouldn't just allow that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all my ideas, prototyping, and progress. It gives me and easy platform to make diagrams.

Collaboration and visability

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro to track our inventory of over 250 refrigerated trailers across our 6 branches. Everyone in our office uses Miro several times a day to track or manage trailer rentals, and we also use it to create our daily notes, as it is a collaborative document. The App makes it easy to operate in the field, and the real-time updating is awesome. There is no lag, so people can be in and using Miro, as our ownership can see things in real-time, regardless of where they are. It has totally reduced the stress as everything happens collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login is a bit cumbersome for us. Since we are in it all the time, I wish there were a way to make it more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formerly, we had huge 5'x8' whiteboards on all the walls of our customer service office. We used magnets and dry-erase markers to track inventory. Each time a trailer was delivered, moved, transferred, or sold, someone had to physically move, create, or discard a magnet and write a note. The boards needed to be audited several times a day, and they added to our unproductive churn. Also, at the end of each day, we took pictures of each board so the owners could be updated, and the person with the emergency phone could look at a picture of a board and try to discern what was and what was not available. NIGHTMARE!

A Super Powerful Tool I Use Every Day

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro delivers outstanding performance and an excellent set of tools that make collaboration seamless. It’s perfectly designed for teamwork, whether in workshops, brainstorming, or strategic planning. What excites me most is the extremely strong and fast-moving feature roadmap—new capabilities are constantly being added, keeping the platform ahead of the curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI support is already solid, but there’s still room for improvement. I’m confident that Miro will continue to invest here and enhance these capabilities further, which will make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of bringing distributed teams together in one shared space. It eliminates the friction of remote collaboration by allowing everyone to visualize, co-create, and structure ideas in real time. Instead of long email threads or static documents, we can brainstorm, map processes, and plan projects interactively.

Great tool for a different kind of collaboration

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool to be able to collaborate with your team in a different way. There is a ton of flexibility when creating boards, and you'll be able to create something that everyone can benefit from. It is especially great for a remote team like ours and helps when we need to work on things on our own time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be a little overwhelming at first. There are a lot of options and freedom to create your on board. When joining someone else's board, it may take some time to get used to the type of view and details they were going for. You also need to make sure you zoom out at first, so you can see the entire board. Things may get lost or unseen if you are zoomed in too far at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro really helps our team collaborate. We can prepare a board ahead of a meeting and that saves us time in a meeting and makes it so that we can really hit the ground running.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for over a year, and it has become part of my daily workflow. It is excellent for creating flowcharts that simplify complex topics, making it much easier to explain ideas to clients and external stakeholders. I also rely on it for building internal training material—its collaborative features and intuitive design help keep sessions clear and engaging. Overall, Miro is a powerful and reliable tool that consistently adds value to both external presentations and internal knowledge sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features take time to master, but the learning curve is worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It also supports me in building structured internal training material, which saves time and improves knowledge sharing across teams. An Indispensable Digital Canvas for Team Collaboration

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is its sheer flexibility combined with an exceptional Ease of Use. It perfectly simulates the feeling of an infinite whiteboard while providing powerful digital tools. The Number of Features is astounding; the vast library of pre-built templates for everything from brainstorming sessions to complex user journey maps means you can get started on meaningful work almost instantly.

The Ease of Implementation is a major plus. You can onboard new team members within minutes just by sharing a link, making it a frictionless tool for collaboration. For our team, its Frequency of Use is daily, as it serves as our central hub for project planning, design sprints, and retrospectives. Finally, the seamless Ease of Integration with other essential tools like Jira, Slack, and Google Drive ensures it fits perfectly into our existing workflow, preventing it from becoming just another isolated app.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, the platform can sometimes be a victim of its own success. For new users, the sheer Number of Features can be overwhelming, leading to a steeper learning curve to master its full potential beyond the basics.

Performance can also become a noticeable issue. Very large and complex boards, populated with many images and elements, can become sluggish and laggy, especially on less powerful hardware. Another point of friction is the pricing structure; while there is a free tier, its limitations can be felt quickly, and the cost for premium features can be a bit steep for smaller teams or individual users. While basic Customer Support is available, getting immediate, in-depth help for complex technical issues can sometimes be a slower process than desired on lower-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a UX designer, Miro solves the critical problems of a fragmented workflow and disconnected remote collaboration.

It creates a single source of truth. Miro allows me to bring my entire process—from user research and journey maps to final wireframes—onto one single board. This eliminates scattered files and provides a holistic view of the project for me and my stakeholders.

It enables true real-time collaboration. Miro acts as our team's shared virtual whiteboard. We can run live brainstorming sessions, conduct design workshops, and map out user flows together, no matter where we are. It keeps the creative momentum going.

It drastically speeds up feedback loops. Instead of slow email chains, stakeholders can drop comments directly onto my designs. This provides immediate, contextual feedback in one place, allowing me to iterate much more quickly and efficiently.
