The best tool for organizing projects

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the diversity of tools that Miro has. I love the variety of templates we can use, because it makes it easier to come up with boards that work best for my projects. Implementing all the tools is easy for me. I love how colourful I can make the board and how I can put everything in one singular place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Making files easier to implement in the board. It can be hard to do this with larger files. Also maybe having a new and improved how to guide for beginners who have never used this before - some of my colleagues find it difficult to learn it when I first introduce them to this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Miro has significantly improved how I organize research processes, communicate findings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. It saves time, enhances clarity, and makes the research process more engaging and inclusive. Healthcare research often involves multifaceted data (clinical pathways, patient journeys, systems thinking). Miro helps map these out visually, making complex relationships easier to understand and communicate. Miro is also great for virtual workshops with people like patients, clinicians, and policymakers. It encourages active participation and captures diverse input efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The "Bring everyone to me" feature is so helpful for keeping everyone on the same page
What do you dislike about the product?
When you're on a paid plan, anyone who decides to join your org becomes a billed seat automatically. This leads to inflated bills for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visually organize information

Miro for Shared Collaboration & Brainstorming

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has transformed the way my team (internally & externally) collaborates. The platform is flexible and makes it easy to bring everyone's ideas together in one space - whether we're brainstorming, journey mapping, or moving through other design activities. I especially love the variety of templates and tools that make it simple to get started quickly and keep sessions engaging. With teammates spread across multiple locations, Miro keeps us aligned and connected. The visual nature of the board makes complex ideas easier to understand. It has truly become an essential part of our work. As a research & design specialist, this platform has saved me time, sparks creativity, and makes collaboration not just productive, but fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a steep learning curve especially for first time users - with the many tools and templates it can seem overwhelming to navigate at first. However, with time the platform becomes easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been immensely helpful in allowing our team to solve for complex challenges & ideate solutions. With remote work, there can be a loss of creativity and Miro really helps elevate that experience by mimicking a whiteboard online as much as possible. Miro keeps my team engaged especially allowing me to run structured brainstorming sessions with use of sticky notes, voting, and facilitation tools. It reduced siloed work allowing us to cross-collaborate and align better as a team

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to upload photos and comments. I also like that I can easily adjust and move things around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro's notifications do not always let me know when a comment has come through. I also wish you could always download images out of Miro without permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as a development board for projects. It allows us to have constant conversation over projects.

The Best Tool for Visual Boards and Flows

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly easy to use and reliable — it doesn’t crash, even when handling large or complex boards. The platform feels dynamic compared to others I’ve tried, and it makes visualizing boards and building process flows simple and intuitive. I especially appreciate how smooth collaboration feels, and it’s far superior to ClickUp’s whiteboard in terms of usability and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is strong overall, it could offer more advanced integrations with project management tools to make the transition from brainstorming to execution more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me tackle process fragmentation and reduce operational risk. By providing a clear visual workspace, I can map out workflows, spot gaps, and align teams more effectively. Instead of juggling fragmented documents and tools, I can bring everything into one board, which makes processes easier to understand and manage. This

Such a Versatile Tool

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so versatile that I turn to it whenever I don't know what software to use to help me solve a problem. The different templates available also help to utilize it for many different use cases. It's super easy to use which also helps me turn to it more frequently. I probably end up using it every day. Having my whole team added in Miro makes it so easy to share and present.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation could use improvement- toggling between the cursor and the hand is slightly difficult. It can be hard to choose the right template- a little more information on how the template functions and a better preview would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and manage my product roadmap, lead workshops using it as a collaborative whiteboard, diagram out ideas and user journeys, create visual displays to help explain difficult concepts.

Great Tool for Ideas, Research, and Team Projects

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro — it’s a tool I rely on every day for organizing my thoughts and research. Together with my team, we use it to create process diagrams, plans, moodboards, and other collaborative projects. We also keep art collections, backlogs, plans, and more across several teams

What I love most is its simple interface, responsive controls, exciting new features, and excellent optimization
What do you dislike about the product?
As for the downsides — only a few minor ones: the lack of a simple image flip (horizontal) option, occasional synchronization issues when working with the desktop version, and the inconvenience of managing multiple accounts from different organizations (you have to log out and log back in every time; it would be great to have an easy account switcher)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a limitless, unified space for collaboration, without any restrictions on the number of participants or the number of objects on the board. We no longer have to invent or search for a place to brainstorm, collect references, run a product meeting, or present the results of an analysis — all of this can be done in Miro

Since we started using it, many of my regular tasks (and overall parts of my workflow) now naturally feel best to do in Miro!

Overall Very Usable for Organization

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the freeform of the spaces to be able to add what I need and keep expanding over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that videos cannot be placed in boards. This doesn't make sense to me and creates a hinderance with how I use it for business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to resolve an issue with being able to visually see all the advertisements running and who they serve to. It's helping me get a better look at the customers.
