I love Miro and I think you'd love it too for so many reasons!

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features that it's hard to pick just one: an unlimited whiteboard, sticky stacks, stickers, images, GIFs, AI capabilities that go beyond just image background removal, diagrams, the MiroVerse with all its templates, and both the desktop and web app versions work incredibly well. I also love the voting feature, timer, private mode, reactions, formatted notes, and the impressive marketplace of both free and paid apps. It's presentation-ready, has great shortcuts, comments, frames that can hide content and rearrange everything, and even talktrack recordings. Honestly, this is such an amazing tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only thing I think could be improved is the ability to upload my own music or select tracks from platforms like Spotify or YouTube to use as background music while using the timer feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool addresses my need for a transparent space that I can share with both clients and internal teams, allowing us to collaborate interactively. It supports various methods of working together, whether we want to rely on our own creativity or take advantage of templates and other pre-built assets to guide the process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Non-EPD use case so much easier than Google/MSFT

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Presenting in Miro is 10x easier than in Google or MSFT native tools. Great for collaborating with customers on timelines, POC criteria & progression, and documenting technical needs. Far better than a google doc or google slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if i could do ChatGPT/Claude style work directly in Miro. If i could use information I populate on the miro page to create a presentation for me (include brand colors, sort of how claude will create you the HTML and publish it) it would be very natural to do it here bc Claude's presentations, although awesome, are not easily shareable or good to present on live calls as it looks too much like you had claude do your whole job (AND claude makes a ton of little mistakes that are very difficult to fix quickly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes building presentations that usually take me 45 minutes down to 10 minutes. Taking notes on calls in front of customers help capture and connect complex ideas far better than doing it on a google doc, notes or other text first tool.

Best tool for collaborating to create SOP

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it is integrated with all the EOS tools and systems. This makes it easier for me to add to my Ninety.io app where we share our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be integrated to my Ninety.io app or Google Calendar for tasks that might be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating processes in a collaborating matter by allowing my co-workers to work at the same time on our mapping.

A game changer for online collaboration

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interactive preset templates, I often use other whiteboard software as well and by far the most favourite is the ability to take something that is already prebuilt with interactivity and I also work with large teams so it helps in project coordination of team projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it can seem a little rigid outside of the presets it doesnt feel like it's as easy to use some of the features and additional functionality seems a bit like it's hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects across multiple teams in different locations, running of workshops and facilitation of strategy sessions is made very easy through online whiteboards

Collaborative Feedback That Lasts

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who regularly provides feedback to product development teams, I’ve found digital suggestion boards to be a game changer. The ability to resize text and card elements makes it easy to tailor input for clarity and emphasis. I especially appreciate how ideas can be organized and voted on collaboratively, which adds structure and transparency to the process. What truly sets this approach apart is the continued access to the boards after the initial session. That kind of ongoing visibility creates opportunities for deeper reflection and follow-up that enhance the overall value of the feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to select which color or animal icon that's assigned to my account when connecting without a registered login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a way to share feedback collaboratively with users in multiple locations simultaneously. It also provides easy access for follow-up which wouldn't be possible with our user base in a hybrid workforce environment.

Easy to use and very multi-functional

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly. Even when members of my team don't have experience using Miro, it's easy for them to pick it up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, although perhaps I wish the service was cheaper. I have never interfaced with customer service either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business sells products that are FDA-registered, and so we have a number of processes within our company around quality and traceability that are hard for any one person to remember. We use Miro to diagram and map out all our processes.
