Miro is highly intuitive and effective tool for collaborating in developing slick infographics

Miro has an appealing look and feel, making it an excellent tool for virtual collaboration with colleagues. As a researcher and trainer, I find Miro to be highly intuitive, which allows me to work easily with others, even those who have only basic IT experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see a bit more variety in the visual options to enhance the overall visualization experience. Right now, its basic counterparts are somewhat limited.

This tool enables me to design professional system-based infographics and work together with my colleagues throughout the process.
The Best Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be an excellent tool for team collaboration, serving as a primary platform for documentation, diagramming, and architecture. Its intuitive and straightforward setup, along with good support and helpful videos, enhances my experience. The diagramming capabilities, various templates, and features like the voting principle during sprint planning are particularly useful. Additionally, the music section adds a nice touch, and I appreciate the ability to use different templates on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"The search capabilities can be challenging because sometimes I can't easily find what I'm looking for, which suggests the need for improvement in this area.","I find that the mind mapping or tree level navigation could be enhanced, as it currently seems to lack the fluidity or effectiveness needed to fully support these tasks."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a primary collaboration tool, transforming ideas into diagrams and centralizing knowledge sharing for efficient team collaboration.

Best digital platform for sharing ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for team meetings and teaching. I use it to write notes, add data charts, and facilitate brainstorming sessions. It’s versatile and user-friendly. I also appreciate being able to share a link with partners and students, making it a collaborative resource and a shared record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is internet based, which has a lot of pros, but also the con of lagging if there is a slow connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of how to share information (in written, data table, chart and graph form) smoothly, in one link. This makes my job a little more simple. Before Miro, I had to use a handful of tools for the same job.
Visual Collaboration Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it makes visual collaboration effortless. Whether it’s brainstorming ideas, mapping workflows, or running workshops, the infinite canvas gives the team complete freedom to organize thoughts creatively. The variety of templates and easy-to-use tools help us get started quickly, and real-time collaboration means everyone can contribute no matter where they are. It’s a great way to make ideas tangible and keep the team aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Miro is that large boards with lots of content can sometimes feel cluttered and a bit slow to navigate. For new users, the wide range of features and tools can be overwhelming at first. Also, some of the more advanced features are only available on paid plans. That said, once you get familiar with it, Miro is extremely powerful for visual collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve the challenge of visual collaboration, especially for remote or distributed teams. Instead of relying on static documents or long email threads, we can brainstorm, map workflows, and run workshops in real-time on a shared canvas. It makes complex ideas easier to understand, keeps everyone on the same page, and speeds up decision-making. Overall, it has made planning and collaboration more interactive, efficient, and engaging for the whole team.

Fantastic Tool to visualize your workflow and monitor progress simultaneously

What I like is that it's all on one big board, so everything is right there in front of you. It's simple to jot things down, keep track of them, and not have to worry about where you wrote something. Best tool for collaboration and strategy planning
What do you like best about the product?
MMiro has become one of the most essential tools in my daily workflow - not just for structured use cases, but also casual meetings, async workshops and cross-functional strategy sessions in our remote company.
It's flexible enough to run multiple different sessions from quick brainstorming to mapping out a multi-product roadmap.
I use it daily and extensively to design collaborative workshops, run planning meetings and drive async communications.
Its not just a whiteboard is where I think, plan and make decisions - and Miro as the central nervous system is maing all work in the company more visual and inclusive.
AI tools in Miro are getting better each day and are taking a big load off the research and synthetization part, as a facilitator in the background of the sessions.
It is easy to integrate with Jira, Confluence and Slack - so it creates a great way to keep daily use practical.
