Huge step-up for collaborative workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The Miro board has greatly enhanced our design and art pipeline at Brewed Games. Previously, we managed everything through Google Sheets and Docs, which was rather cumbersome. Since switching to this board, our process has become much more efficient. Having a macro-level overview of the entire project's progress, combined with access to granular details and live progress updates, has been a tremendous benefit for us. It has really improved our ability to share ideas and collaborate effectively throughout our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If I have to nit pick, a simple right click and add comment feature would have been great rather than having to create a chat box on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great visual collaborative tool, and as far as I know, nothing quite like it existed before. Previously, we used tools like Wrike, Jira, or relied on traditional Kanban processes for project management, but this offers a different experience. It really does improve the process significantly.
Excellent tool for collabration & other things
What do you like best about the product?
This product offers a wide range of features and is easy to navigate. I appreciate that I can create different models within it. Now, I no longer need a hundred other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has everything which i need however some times if the boards are too big the new users might get lost

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making everything digital and organised
Great software that fast tracks my teams collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Before Miro, our notes, ideas, and brainstorming were scattered across multiple tools and locations, making it hard to stay organised. Now, everything lives in one place, and collaborating with the team is effortless. The AI powered diagramming has also been a game changer, helping us turn concepts into visuals quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes feel a little slow to load. Based in Sydney, I’d love to see a local server to improve performance for users in this region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest one is mind mapping, diagrams and whiteboard. Free flowing ideas are unstructured, and when brainstorming, Miro feels like it provides some structure.
Great for Asynchronous Working
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can map out my thought process, as well as the final product, and then easily checkback for edits and comments at a later date.
I used miro to map out our website update. I not only was able to mark-up the existing website, but was able to mock-up updates using graphic tools in miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish miro could be more shareable to people outside an organization, without requiring them to have a login. It would be great if non-registered users could comment etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design questions. Mapping out solutions to complex issues. Identifying gaps or key data points.
Work essential
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive. Feature-heavy but not overwhelming. Allows a lot of flexibility - whether you're starting from scratch or using one of the pre-made templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text and image size limit - but these are just minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to organize ideas and strategic plans in a shared, visual space for virtual teams.
An indispensable tool for my work
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the possibilities that Miro offers, the ease of use (UX), the stability and performance, the connections to external tools. I can do everything with it and I use it for all my training sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be a lack of shapes and fonts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideal for reflection, for feedback, teamwork, presentation, and meetings
A user-friendly, inspiring tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro brings creativity, structure and sophistication to our team meetings. We are an all-remote team, and having a visual element totally changes the way we think and interact and Miro does this so naturally. The templates get me inspired and give a starting point for others on the team to take on leadership. It was easy for our whole team to learn, though there are more features and depth that you could spend a lot of time maximizing on, too. As a nonprofit, the resources and templates are a valuable resource and we appreciate the excellent discount. I use this in meetings, for asynchronous feedback and ideation, and to organize my own personal thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the live facilitation tools can be unclear to navigate (e.g., it's hard to know what the facilitator vs. everyone else is seeings and experiencing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collaborate better as a team. We brainstorm more thoughtfully and consider more ideas in more depth, instead of immediately jumping to the first solution and backtracking. We've giving more visual and nonlinear thinkers on our team, neurodivergent thinkers, and just general creative types a level playing field to communicate their ideas with equal weight—that means we're generating better ideas. We're using this especially to organize our strategic planning process, bringing lots of data into more digestible presentation and making a central, easy-to-navigate space for input and notes; it's a lot better than scrolling a lengthy document.
Miro is So Useful and Allows for Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
It allows multiple people to collaborate, share designs, and follow updates throughout the duration of the project. It's easy to use to sketch and add comments and direction to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get slow with too many pdfs which we use often to prepare drawings for review, comment, sketch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a virtual whiteboard for multiple collaborators to contribute to. It really takes the place of in-person meetings and coordination. This allows multiple people to follow along at any time of the day which allows for continuous workflow.
Excellent tool for start up ideations
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for ideating, easy integrations, excellent support and very easy to collaborate with the team on it. As a start up Miro is our everyday go to platform for ideation and brain storming due to its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps you can integrate with basecamp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing about start up is problem solving at scale, whether is brainstorming or dealing with client feedback, Miro gives us the space, tools and support to make this work quickly and efficiently.
