What do you like best about the product?
Good clarity of the controls. Large zoom range that gives you a lot of freedom to add more details to existing systems. Infinite space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were features for better navigation. Dragging the field of view with the right mouse button is really annoying. It could be solved like in Illustrator, by allowing scrolling up and down, as well as sideways with CTRL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps in the representation of complex processes. Because it can be collaboratively edited, it is possible for everyone on the team to contribute.

A powerful, although costly, tool for Product Discovery

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the collaborative features—it works very well. Its flexibility allows us to use it for any discovery project we take on, so we end up relying on it frequently.
Non-tech people can grasp basic Miro concepts pretty well.
Never encountered a blocker, so never had to reach out to Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can also be a bit high, especially for companies that don't operate in dollars.
The templates are quite useful, but I find myself wishing for more automation, as I end up spending a lot of time making everything look neat and symmetrical. Additionally, it can sometimes be challenging to gauge the size of elements—font sizing, for instance, is so granular that it's easy to lose track and end up without a consistent look.
Sometimes there are small bugs that, tbh, annoy me - for example, elements with the same size don't align for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product discovery is a complex process that we have to start from scratch each time, as the business areas we work with are always different. Miro helps us connect with our customers and visually map out business opportunities, user flows, and more. This visual approach gives us greater confidence in what we're building, helping ensure that we don't end up with a product that fails to address real problems.

Visual organization for your ideas

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is a visual thinker, I love being able to organize my ideas in a Miro Board. The fact that teammates can build and comment on boards at the same time is amazing. It's a tool that I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the desktop application really challenging -- it takes a long time to load. I've defaulted to using Miro in the web format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team-based collaboration and brainstorming.

A Must-Have for Product Collaboration and Ideation

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its ability to bring cross-functional teams together in a truly visual and collaborative way. As a Product Owner, I rely on Miro to map out user journeys, brainstorm features, and align stakeholders—all in real time. The intuitive interface, rich template library, and seamless integrations with tools like Jira and Confluence make it incredibly efficient for agile planning and ideation. It’s not just a whiteboard—it’s a strategic workspace that helps turn ideas into action
What do you dislike about the product?
one thing I dislike is how quickly boards can become cluttered—especially during large workshops or brainstorming sessions. Without consistent structure or moderation, it’s easy for content to get lost or become overwhelming. Additionally, performance can lag slightly when working on very large boards with multiple collaborators, and some integrations (like Jira) occasionally require manual syncing or troubleshooting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Owner at Xplor Technologies, Miro helps solve one of the biggest challenges in product development—aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and ideas. It enables seamless collaboration across time zones and departments, allowing us to visually map out product strategies, prioritize data initiatives, and iterate on user journeys in real time.
Miro boards like Payments Data Priorities and Project Planners—frequently updated by my colleagues like Aldrin Aden, Prasanthi Kurapati, and Rohan Modi—have become central to how we plan and track progress. The ability to co-create, comment, and visualize complex workflows has significantly improved our team’s efficiency and decision-making

One of the simpler tools to use...

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is pretty intuitive to use and that's what I was looking for when looking for a flowchart builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike, I'm not a heavy user but for what I need, it does the job pretty seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create flowcharts of sequences that I'm designing to understand how each point flows to the next

Very useful and intuitive

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can use it in different events-workshops, meetings, decks, brainstorming sessions, and even to celebrate milestones with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have difficulty exporting large boards as PDF files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me bring everyone together in one space for workshops, meetings, and brainstorming. It solves the problem of scattered inputs by giving us a single visual board where ideas are easy to capture and organize. This keeps everyone aligned and saves time during discussions. Miro benefits me by making sessions more interactive. Instead of one-way presentations, I can involve team members directly. It also helps us celebrate milestones in a creative way, which keeps morale up.

Great Tool for team collaboration

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and highly customizable for OKR planning, war room setups, and using post-its, which makes it very interactive during virtual meetings. Our team uses it every day for daily huddles as well as weekly planning meetings. It also keeps the boards organized and separated if you are part of different teams. Additionally, its integrations with various planning and diagramming tools make it one of the best options for sprint planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, such as voting, could use improvement. For example, adding options like voting with timers and an incognito mode would help ensure that others cannot see what people have voted for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses virtual team collaboration in an interactive manner, making it not only very easy to use but also engaging and enjoyable.
