What do you like best about the product?
I love all the flexibility and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some navigation and selection issues of frames and boxes....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Miro, we use it my product team from PMs to engineers and designers. I love all the flexibility and integrations.
We collect customer feedback there, visualize ideas, create customer journeys, make our execution plan, prioritize tasks, discuss any type of product/design topics all together. My go-to tool to create a research board, collect data, visualize and collaborate with others..
So from problem validation to design and implementation, we use it in every step of our processes.

If you're a Designer and not using Miro, what are you even doing?
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is all shades of amazing! There's so many things I love about Miro but the most to highlight will be its real time collaboration. Everyone can see changes to design live, make adjustments, comments, tags, etc. It also has such a large infinite canvas with no constraints.... it's like an endless design journey. It's also very fun and easy to use... the templates, sticky notes, stickers and emojis, timer, voting tool, etc, all makes it exciting for both users and stakeholders.
It's simply the best design tool out there for displaying your awesome design/presentation works.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but i'd say it's quite rigid when it comes to making edits to design. example, you can't add shadows or gradients to images, also image quality sometimes feels rigid and low-fidelity. Another thing to point out is that it's hard to do some analytics with it, like check who viewed your board, how long someone stayed, etc.
If these can be added to Miro, then it'll be an all-round perfect board for almost everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me with my Brainstorming session... it's like a dump where I put out all the design voices in my head. It makes it easy to mind map before the actual design work. The templates also makes it easy to start your journey faster, giving you a good roadmap. I've also been benefitting from its presentation feature... helping me display my designs to stakeholders and conducting How Might We sessions.
Interactive for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It has a pre-built template ready for use. These templates are highly customizable, so you can adjust them to fit your specific needs.
What truly sets Miro apart is its collaboration capabilities. Multiple users can work simultaneously on the board, seeing each other’s changes in real-time. This is perfect for teams working remotely or in different time zones, as everyone can contribute seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can become slow with very large boards or complex data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a digital, shared space where everyone can collaborate in real-time. No matter where team members are, they can all contribute simultaneously to the same board, making the process feel as though you’re all in the same room.
Miro provides an endless digital canvas where you can easily capture and organize ideas using sticky notes, shapes, drawings, and text. You can create mind maps, flowcharts, or diagrams that allow everyone to contribute their ideas and build on each other’s thoughts.

Love Miro, but the Free Plan Is Pretty Tight
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes remote teamwork so much easier. The whiteboard is super intuitive, and I love being able to brainstorm and organize ideas with my team in real time, no matter where everyone is. The templates are great for getting started quickly, and integrations with other tools are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue is with the free tier. You’re limited to just 3 editable boards, which fills up really fast if you’re using Miro regularly or want to try it for different projects. It’s a bit frustrating having to delete or overwrite boards just to keep working. I get that they want to encourage upgrades, but I wish the free plan had a bit more flexibility for smaller teams or casual users. Also, boards can get a little slow when there’s a lot going on, but that’s only a minor thing compared to the board limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it super easy for our team to collaborate visually. We use it for everything—planning, workshops, mind maps, you name it. It’s made our meetings a lot more productive and actually fun.
Versatile platform with powerful AI features
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a variety of templates and features for a variety of teams and use cases, and whatever is not supported is provided by extensions by third parties that are easily integrated into your board. The AI features are helpful and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As software developers our team would appreciate better wireframing and prototyping tools for app design. We are experimenting with the prototyping beta currently. Also would appreciate the ability to embed videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needs to collaboratively brainstorm application ideas and share those ideas with clients. This tool allows us to map our ideas and share the boards with clients for them to provide comments and feedback. We are also attempting to use Miro as a wireframing tool as our previous wireframing tool Adobe XD no longer exists.
Miro was essential in our website development!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user friendly and gives you many different options for design. I also like that I can merge Miro with my email and other CRM platform to give updates to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a little easier to move things around and function more with the mouse verses the keyboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design of a website with a team that is in many differnt countries.
Miro is an absolute game-changer for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an absolute game-changer for team collaboration, acting like an endless online whiteboard where everyone can jump in and create together, whether you're in the same room or miles apart. Its "infinite canvas" means you never run out of space for ideas, allowing for seamless real-time interaction with shared cursors, sticky notes, and drawings, making it feel like an in-person brainstorming session. What makes it incredibly useful is its versatility; we've used it for everything from throwing ideas around and planning projects with handy templates (like those for Agile teams) to creating diagrams and running engaging remote workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is great, it can be a bit of a pain sometimes; large boards often make it slow and glitchy, especially on mobile, which isn't as reliable as the desktop version. It also has a lot of features, which is good, but it can feel overwhelming to learn at first. Plus, the free version is pretty limited, pushing you to expensive paid plans, and it's not much help if you don't have a good internet connection since it lacks offline capabilities. Navigating really big boards can also be tricky, and in busy sessions, things can get messy fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting a project team about the world in a live meeting setting. Capturing ideas and collaborating together as if we were in the same room.
Easy way to work on team
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it has too many options and tools that sometime I'm a little in difficult to choose the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the people of the team could be easily updated about the status of each project
Reviewing My Use of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the software to create many types of interactions and different types of boards within it
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it is the sizing and resizing of the screen and trying to navigate within it that I find difficult - I always get mixed up between the zoom and move feature and don't like that I always have to switch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a space to be collaborative with my co-workers and manager for mapping out future projects and programs

Sometimes it can be confusing and simple features can be overwhelming. A lot of things is hidden and it's hard to find them or the path to find them is too long.

I'm a chaotic person and Miro helps me with arranging my ideas as I like and prefer it.
