A daily user of Miro in project work.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize workshops and create a shared project space — especially valuable in research-heavy projects. It also enables collaboration with clients in this environment. A library of basic icons and images supports and streamlines the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options for customizing frames — in some projects, we use Miro instead of Google Slides for final presentations, which requires stronger branding. The ability to, for example, upload a custom font would greatly improve this type of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"It solves the challenge of teamwork by providing a shared space that’s accessible to everyone. This kind of space helps organize projects, workshops, or large amounts of content — for example, research findings. Miro allows this content to be structured visually, which increases efficiency and speeds up the workflow. There’s no need to switch between multiple tools, and the content collected in one shared space is often more digestible for both the client and the team. It’s one of the best tools for collaborative work, especially when working with people who aren’t familiar with Figma and find design tools less approachable.

The best tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the diversity of templates and the tools for dynamics. Facilitates the sharing of ideas and co-creation between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a lot of information it becomes heavy, no one ever knows how to create images in the correct size. When I move between frames I end up moving or deleting some item on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share product discovery history. Visually display product rules and strategies.
Miro is great for organizing ideas and running collaborative meetings
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, diverse features and you can enjoy the platform even if you are not a user - great for collaborative workshops
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to organise resources - the way the boards are organised and how you can search through them can be improved (fine for a few users, harder to manage as team expands)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have complex workflows and Miro is a great tool that helps me map them.
Same for showing resources and assets for marketing campaigns, easy to map out a user's journey.
Using the platform makes it easy to communicate to stakeholders and helps the decision making process.

A must-have tool for collaborative virtual workshops and creative teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy and intuitive it is to collaborate with others in real-time. Whether we're mapping customer journeys, designing new business ideas, or just brainstorming as a team. Everyone can contribute at the same time, organise thoughts visually, and build on eachh other's ideas without any friction. It really helps turn workshops and meetings into something much more interactive and productive. Require this tool in an era of many virtual workshops and it's easier to undertstand / get a grasp of for new users too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when a board gets really big and busy. It can be tricky to keep things organized if a lot of people are adding ideas at once. Also, depending on internet connection or device, it can lag a little when boards are very large. Nothing major, but it's something to be aware of during fast-paced sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us solve the problem of working together effectively when we're not in the same room. It gives us a shared space to brainstorm, conduct customer journey workshops, and design new business ideas without feeling disconected. It makes workshops much more interactive and keeps everyone engaged, which saves loads of time and makes the sessions far more productive.
