Miro is my favorite creative and collaborative space
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is that it has become the heart of my daily work and even my personal projects. I love being able to collaborate in real time with others and see the entire process of an idea in one single place. The timer functionality for workshops is amazing and helps me facilitate very dynamic sessions. I also love organizing my boards into folders by project, it gives me clarity and structure. And since Miro added AI features for clustering ideas, I feel like I work faster and more efficiently. It’s a tool that sparks both creativity and focus. I genuinely love it with all my heart!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I no longer enjoy using other office tools because Miro already covers most of my needs. However, one thing I do miss is a “mini Excel” function within Miro—some kind of table with more robust logic to manage data or basic calculations without having to leave the platform. I feel like if it had that, it would be an even more complete tool for project planning. That said, it’s a minor detail compared to everything else it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve several key challenges in my day to day work as a consultant. It allows me to centralize all project planning, ideation, and collaboration in one place, especially when working with remote teams or across different time zones. It has significantly improved how I facilitate workshops, manage visual thinking, and co-create with clients. The ability to document and visualize entire processes, from brainstorming to final delivery, makes my work more transparent, efficient, and engaging. Thanks to Miro, I'm able to save time, maintain alignment with stakeholders, and foster more creativity and participation in every project
Game Changer application for facilitating discussions to outcomes!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro feels like a playground where I can be as creative as I want in an easy-to-use interface to create beautiful content for workshops, team discussions, brainstorming, planning and general collaboration. Without hesitation I can say I use Miro everyday, often with multiple boards on the go simulatneously.
I find that the features of Miro add so much value, to name a few, Miroverse which allows the worldwide community of users to share templates has been invaluable. The ability to integrate with other tools such as sharing the Miro application through MS teams has been a game changer for our workforce.
It's a very easy to navigate platform, zoom in and out, drag and drop, add your content, and if you make a mistake simply undo, you don't need to be overly technical to use this product. I find that as a facilitator I can very quickly implement this tool into a session getting people up to speed with using the application if they are new to it, so that we can focus on the conversation and getting to the outcomes.
Tools such as the timer, voting, ability to create anonymity, react in real time and session recording are all fantastic facilitator features. It's also very easy to export and share content post sessions and the AI feature is amazing, it has cut down so much time in analyzing and theming content.
If I have ever had an issue or question (which has been rare in my many years of use) the customer support has been fast, friendly and effective. Love this application, if you haven't tried it yet I suggest you do!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is the lack of music options available. I rely on using this to create an inviting space for people to reflect and brainstorm, I wish I could choose the music to create that environment. With only the handful of options available and the number of sessions I run it becomes a bit repetitive. Linking up to YouTube Music or Spotify would be great or somehow just allowing external music to be played.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group and team kick offs. Creation of strategies, annual and quarterly planning. Deep dives into employee engagement, uncovering pain points and brainstorming to potential solutions. Brining remote teams together to collaborate and have fun together.
Very convenient and easy app for boards and brainstorms
What do you like best about the product?
The app gives you enough space for work on your project and tools to get the best result for planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is the absence of layer based system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier brainstorming with my co-workers on the project.
The ultimate tool for creatives, intellectuals, professionals, and basilcally any human being
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, but it is also very powerful. The aesthetics of the interface are nice. Everything I want to do is possible with Miro (with very few exceptions). I will use it forever and it's extremely difficult for me to believe that any of Miro's competitors will ever make anything better. It's integration features are pretty robust and they release new and exciting features on a pretty regular basis.
I use it many times every single day. I feel naked without having access to Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful as Miro is, there are times when I wish for more functionality that mimics programming -- the ability to reference dynamic variables that could be updated by editing the original reference. Some of my casual collaborators can struggle to use Miro via the browser version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one tool that allows me to combine both PKM (Personal Knowledge Management) and GTD (Get Things Done) systems on one platfrorm that feels fluid an cohesive. Everything can be linked to/from Miro. It's SO easy to find what I'm looking for. It's easy to create attractive diagrams and graphics.

As a Product Designer, using Miro sketch wireframes & user flows with Product Managers in real time
What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in Ease of Use;
The canvas feels like sticky notes on a wall, so Product Managers jump in without training.
Ease of Implementation is equally smooth; connecting SSO/Okta and inviting the team took minutes, and we were sketching wireframes and user flows right away.
Frequency of Use is high because the same board handles daily stand-ups, brainstorms, and quick diagrams, keeping everyone in one place.
The large Number of Features, from live cursors and comments to timers and voting, lets me run full workshops inside a single board, and the growing AI Add-ons that cluster notes and build mind maps already save real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pain points mirror those topics;
Ease of Use drops when a board passes a thousand objects; scrolling stutters and shortcuts are hard to find.
Ease of Implementation gets pricier once we need advanced permissions or data residency because those controls sit behind the top tier.
High Frequency of Use turns the workspace into a cluttered archive if no one cleans up old boards.
The big Number of Features can overwhelm newcomers, and many templates feel dense enough that I strip them down before we start.
AI Add-ons remain helpful but basic, so I often finish the job manually.

I sketch wireframes, map flows, and collect feedback on a single live board that designers and PMs can update together in real time or revisit later.
With a single canvas, the conversation stays in plain sight, context-switching vanishes, and everyone shares the same visual plan, so we get from idea to sign-off much faster.
