What do you like best about the product?
This whiteboard platform is an excellent tool for both teachers and students. Its interface is intuitive, it allows real-time collaboration, and it makes explaining concepts more visual and engaging. It’s especially useful for online classes, turning explanations into an interactive and clear process. Without a doubt, it enhances both teaching and learning experiences
What do you dislike about the product?
As a online teacher, I've tried many whiteboards before and I can say there's nothing I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of collaborating effectively in both remote and hybrid environments. It provides a shared visual space where ideas, workflows, and projects can be mapped out clearly, eliminating the confusion that often comes with scattered documents and endless email threads. For me, the biggest benefit is how it keeps everyone aligned in real time, no matter where they are. It makes brainstorming, planning, and teaching more interactive and engaging, which ultimately saves time and increases productivity.

Great tool that shaped my career as a Product Manager

  • September 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been essential for my daily work as a Product Manager. I use it for research, designing new features, creating mockups, capturing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues. The flexibility of the boards makes it easy to structure thoughts, run workshops, and keep everything in one place. It’s the tool I rely on the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards with a lot of content become heavy and slow to load, especially when collaborating with large teams. I would also like to see more advanced integrations with other product management tools to reduce context switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me centralize research, feature planning, and idea sharing in one place. It eliminates the chaos of scattered documents and makes collaboration with colleagues much faster and more visual. This saves time, improves alignment across the team, and helps me move from raw ideas to clear concepts that developers and designers can work with.

It is very easy to navigate between projects, share with colleagues, and create new ideas. With the available tools, I use Miro in practically every stage of my work, like a large sketchbook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is an open frame, sometimes I find it difficult to organize the frames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables interaction and collaborative work in teams that work remotely. The organization among folders allows for the evolution and documentation of processes.

Life changing planning site!

What do you like best about the product?
I first came across Miro during my work experience, and honestly, I’ve been using it ever since. Now I use it for school projects and even some personal stuff, and it’s been such a game-changer. It’s super easy to use, and it makes planning out ideas way less stressful.

Whether I’m brainstorming for an assignment or just organizing random thoughts, the boards make everything so clear and simple. I didn’t expect to keep using it outside of work, but it’s become one of my favorite tools. Honestly, it’s just amazing for keeping ideas neat and making planning way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’d say I don’t really like about Miro is that some of the templates, like Gantt charts, felt a bit confusing to figure out at first. As someone using it for the first time, it wasn’t super clear how everything worked right away. That might just be me, but it did take a little extra time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize ideas and plans in one place, which makes brainstorming and projects much easier. It saves time and helps me clearly see how everything connects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is that I can keep track of which tasks need to be completed in a short period of time by marking them. Miro also makes it easier for me to see which tasks need to be finished, as it is more efficient and systematically organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there's nothing I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro really helps me solve problems related to task monitoring, as I often feel confused about deciding which tasks to finish first since all of them have short deadlines. With Miro, I feel greatly assisted because I can easily prioritize which tasks need to be completed before others.

Essential for creative feedback/reviews

  • September 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro boards to track creative projects, give clients visual updates on progress and have all the visual reference within easy reach.
I love that you can just have everything in a board, images, text and links. I also love how easy it is to get stuff into a board, as easy as copying and pasting, so you can get a board up and running really quickly.
It's intuitive to use, and I like that you can embed one Miro Board into another Miro Board, very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many templates and ways to use Miro, I just don't have the time to go through it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking progress on creative projects and providing a place the client can give feedback on progress with visuals and text and keeping all relevant information in one easy to find place
