Excellent tool for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in facilitating real-time collaboration. Its intuitive interface and extensive range of templates make it easy to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects with team members, regardless of their location.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Miro is that it can be resource-intensive, sometimes causing slower performance on less powerful devices. Additionally, while the range of features is impressive, it can be overwhelming for new users to navigate and fully utilize all the available tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be a place where I can just dump all my research
I am a true Miro lover
What do you like best about the product?
I work with Miro everyday. My work has been improved since I have started using Miro, because I do a lot of creative work. Miro makes it possible to do a creative process with a lot of people in a structured way. I use it for every project and people often come to me for questions about Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that if you have an account for work and you switch jobs, it is difficult to take all your work with you. I exported everything I thought would be useful, but it was too much work to take everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collaborate with other people. It is very helpful. But also to make the whole process visually.
Connecting teams and flow of projects
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of usage, we can edit at the same time, add comments and material and we can review old projects because everything is in one place. I love that you can check it from any device too. I use it every day of the week and it helps our team integration to support the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usage of battery of my laptop when I have more than 2 boards open
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote part of the agency. Part of my team live in other countries, so the review of projects, feedback, flow and history of projects can all be access on Miro in real time. Also when changing projects we can easily access the previous work there
great tool for collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to collaborate with multiple teams through workshops and putting out ideas. It also makes it easy to use Miro with readily available templates based on what objective you have for your workshop/meeting, along with built-in tools like the voting and timer. I also like the Talk Track, which is helpful for asynchronous communication, whether it's to share feedback, document design rationale and decisions, or present a walk-through/voiceover on ideas. I use it almost on a daily basis, and it's an indispensable tool on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although some of the AI tools are super helpful to have a baseline/starting point, some of the output is not helpful and it's easier to do it manually without AI. Specifically, the user flow diagrams or AI clustering/categorization of stickies have been features that I don't use. My product require a lot of domain/industry knowledge along with familiarity with certain organization objectives, and even with detailed prompts, the user flow diagrams are either too generic or make assumptions on paths that are not relevant to my needs. The sticky clustering with the AI-driven categories are hit or miss. When trying to analyze feedback from user feedback sessions, some of the comments in the stickies can be lengthy, and the categories are either redundant or too general, and again, without some of the domain/product-specific knowledge, it's hard for the AI to create optimal output and it's better for me/my team to manually categorize using our own analysis and knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to have a visual way to capture ideas during a meeting that everyone can view/interact with, as well as have a central place for us to do a workshop or have collaboration/brainstorming sessions.
Visualize my brain
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility in actually using the tool. It genuinely feels like a blank whiteboard where I can just sketch and get what is in my brain out and onto paper. I love that. I also love that it has examples to review for when I need to have some inspiration. Collaboration is also very, very strong on this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between accounts sucks
It would be cool if the app allowed you to actually draw on it with an Apple pencil (or other stylus - I'm not trying to be Apple-biased here)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem it is solving is allowing me to share my ideas with my team, and vice versa. The other thing it really helps with is actually clarifying my thinking. Much like writing, having to put my thoughts on this digital board helps me actually clarify and crystalize what I'm trying to communicate.
Great collaboration Tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO helps me keeps teams engaged just like we were all physically together in a conference room mapping a process or working to solve a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I am actually behind in some of the latest updates to take advantage of.

As a process improvement facilitator, MIRO has been key in helping support our continuous Improvement culture, particularly when Covid started.

Easy to Use for White Board Demos
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is how intuitive and streamlined the platform feels. The interface is super clean, and everything I need is right at my fingertips — whether I’m checking the status of a title, pulling documents, or communicating with the team. It’s fast, reliable, and makes what used to be a time-consuming process feel almost effortless. Plus, the support team is genuinely responsive and helpful, which is a huge plus in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, I’d say that the notification system could be a bit more customizable. Sometimes I get alerts I don’t really need, and other times I wish I had more control over how and when updates come through. It's not a dealbreaker by any means — just one of those small things that would make a great tool even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, keeping track of title progress was more scattered — different systems, long wait times, and unclear communication. Miro solves that by giving me real-time access to updates, clear timelines, and a centralized spot for documents. It cuts down on confusion, saves me time, and lets me stay proactive instead of reactive. The biggest benefit? Peace of mind knowing I’m always in the loop.
From ideas to Action – All in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how it just adapts to whatever I need at the moment. Sometimes it’s something simple, like jotting down a quick reminder or throwing up a few sticky notes. Other times I go all in and build full presentations, roadmaps, or even map out entire processes, all without ever leaving the same space. It feels like having a whiteboard, a planner, and a creative canvas all in one. The integrations are a huge bonus too. I work with Jira every day and having it connected to Miro makes my job so much easier. I can keep track of tasks, align the team, and see everything laid out visually, which really helps us move faster and stay on the same page, even when we’re not in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel a bit lost with all the functionalities, especially when I’m exploring new tools within Miro. There are features that aren’t very intuitive or that are hidden instead of being easily accessible from the main menu, and I feel like I could get a lot more out of them if they were easier to find or if there were clearer guidance on how to use them. I’ve also noticed that the AI features don’t work as well in Portuguese, and sometimes it’s not obvious what they can do or how to set them up for the best results. I believe that improving accessibility, adding clearer explanations, and making the AI experience more consistent across different languages would make Miro even more powerful and inclusive for users like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager I work with many different pieces moving at the same time ideas, feedback, priorities, roadmaps and workflows. Miro gives me a single space where I can bring all of that together, quickly capturing ideas, visualizing the big picture and connecting every part of the process. It helps me transform scattered thoughts into clear, actionable plans whether I am starting fresh or refining something we have already built. One of the things I really appreciate is how well Miro integrates with the tools I already use, especially Jira. Instead of constantly switching between platforms and losing context, I keep everything tasks, discussions and visual plans in one place which saves time and keeps the whole team aligned. This makes collaborating much easier, especially when we are working remotely or across different time zones. What stands out for me is how Miro turns complex ideas into visuals that everyone can understand. It allows designers, developers and stakeholders to come together and see ideas take shape in real time. For me Miro is not just about organizing work, it is about creating a shared space where the whole team feels involved and focused on building the solution.
