A company that does a lot right
What do you like best about the product?
They're very product led and customer centric. I began using it as a whiteboard collaboration tool to help enable interactions with colleagues across the pond, and it's fantastic there. What I've begun to discover is that Miro is a bit of a superapp, with many apps and functionalities within it. I've now onboarded to it outside of the day job for my own personal projects and began exploring the various integrations and AI functionality. It has tremendous potential to disrupt many other SaaS companies, including ones really well established. I'm normally very negative about apps and very critical of their flaws, but Miro has given me such a good impression that I'm considering them for their whole suite of offerings. Very easy to set up quickly, good value for money, and everyone I talk to there seems bright and competent. I use it daily, and only see myself using it more. It's a turnkey solution that does everything you want out of the box, but if you explore you can really do so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that they have done that has irked me is that they took away the recent board view as my landing page and I can't get it back. Now it defaults to "Home" which only includes boards for your currently selected team (and I operate across many). I use the recent boards almost exclusively in navigating between boards as it will be a list that has all of the boards I care about, but now every visit I have to navigate away from Home to get there. I am always left a bit puzzled at first when logging in to see the list of boards contains nothing I care about, but then I clue in that I'm in "Home" instead of "Recent". That's the only time they've made a product decision that I felt was ill-informed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have operations in London and Vancouver, and the overlap in our days to discuss things is highly contested. Miro has tools like the talk track to allow you to have asynchronous conversations with teams presenting a whiteboard to an audience that they can view on their own schedule -- I should really use it more. The mind map has been a godsend for getting my ideas down quickly and easily. Not much of what I use daily in Miro is entirely novel, but the experience and cohesiveness of it is just so much easier to accomplish in Miro.
Excellent tool for mapping and planning projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love to able able to see many aspects of a project at the same time and have plenty of design opportunities for data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Layer option is not as intuitive as other platforms

It helps me to gather all informations and have complete freedom on visualizing solutions and data
Miro is your best friend
What do you like best about the product?
I won't be exaggerating if I say everything , but for me the humor and human touches that you can directly accomplish by using different features in Miro is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides for me is that you become very dependent on Miro and what it provides , so sometimes I got lazy to create my own board because miroverse is just so cool to find options.

We are remote first company and that add some complexity factors to our WoW, luckily with Miro our async activities are much better and effective.
Compared to classical ways of collecting feedback , creating diagrams , thinking about reorg and teams structures while spending so much time into meetings , using Miro boards and different capabilities is transforming.

An indispensable piece of collaborative visualization software
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is fantastic, it is simple and quick to produce quite amazing results.
When this is combined with the collaboration element, it gives our mostly remote team an amazing method of collaborating on creative projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike, perhaps it could be cheaper?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO enables us to collaborate remotely in a way that is very similar to being in the same room.
So handy to be able to produce a pipeline and share with my team.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Miro is its ability to bring teams together in a shared, visual workspace for real-time collaboration. Whether you're mapping systems, running client workshops, planning projects, or brainstorming ideas, Miro’s infinite canvas, ready-made templates, and live collaboration features make complex information easier to structure, share, and action. It helps teams move faster, align clearly, and stay connected, especially useful for remote work and cross-functional planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawbacks of Miro are its steep learning curve for new users and performance issues with large boards, which can become laggy or cluttered over time. It also lacks granular permission controls on specific board elements, which can be frustrating in client-facing work. While it integrates with many tools, syncing across platforms can sometimes be inconsistent or require paid tiers, and offline access is limited; making it less reliable without a stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve workplace problems by making collaboration faster, clearer, and more structured. It allows teams to visually break down complex challenges, map out processes, and align on solutions in real time, whether they’re in the same room or working remotely. With tools like sticky notes, templates, voting, and flowcharts, Miro supports better brainstorming, decision making, and problem-solving. It reduces miscommunication, keeps ideas organised, and helps teams move from chaos to clarity with shared visibility and accountability.
Miro makes collaboration so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Miro every day, and we find it incredibly user-friendly and accessible. It supports us through the entire project lifecycle, from initial brainstorming sessions and detailed planning to efficient management and even the final presentation of our work. I especially appreciate the extensive library of templates – they're such a convenient way to streamline our workflows and save valuable time. The new AI features also look really promising, and I'm genuinely excited to explore how they can further enhance our collaboration!
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards can take some time to load. Also, I would love to have option to embed prototypes from Figma for example (it would be handy!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us collaborate in a more efficient way. We have planning sessions and keep our roadmaps in Miro, which is accessible and super easy to use.
Fantastic collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
My team works predominantly in a remote environment and so having a central system that creates easy collaboration has never been more essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have sampled some of the AI tools and haven't found them to be super beneficial thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for internal UX workshops with my team to work through complex strategic ecommerce focused tasks, concepting exercises, and brainstorm exercises.
I love Miro, it's my go to for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes visualising so easy. It's simple UI is intuitive to any level of user and the level of additional tools and extensions it has grown to make it the best software for any scenario. I have used it for process mapping, wire-framing, print documents, workshops, project tracking, games etc. I have integrated boards into other tools I'm using also. I love how you just open it up and it's ready to go, it's very responsive and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it struggles with huge amounts of elements and they layers feature doesn't seem to work as expected but I'm sure that'll right itself with some updates soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Miro in particular for stakeholder management. I believe it is much easier to talk to a visual and gain alignment that way. The collaborative nature of it allows for this great interactive meeting scenario where multiple people are contributing at the same time.
ABSOULUTELY LOVE MIRO FOR COLLABORATION / THOUGHT ORGANIZATION

My go-to for team collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy and intuitive it is to use - it makes collaboration and brainstorming with my team feel seamless, whether we’re in the same room or fully remote. I also love the flexibility it offers, from using ready-made templates to creating our own. It really adapts to whatever kind of session we’re running, whether it’s planning, strategy, or creative thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Miro is the table feature. Since Miro isn’t designed to be a data tool like Excel, its tables don’t easily sort, filter or offer advanced formatting. That said, the Miro team has made noticeable improvements over time, and it’s definitely more functional than it used to be. Another small challenge I run into is the character limit within text boxes, especially when trying to capture larger amounts of content in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of remote and hybrid collaboration by giving our team a shared space to brainstorm, plan, and organize work visually in real time. It eliminates the back-and-forth of static documents and meetings by letting us co-create, give feedback, and align faster. It’s especially helpful for workshops, strategy sessions, and team planning.
Our design team also uses Miro to create wireframes for stakeholder review before building out prototypes in Figma, which helps us gather feedback early and move faster. On the research side, our team uses it to sort and organize user feedback, plan studies, and build collaborative exercises. It’s become an essential part of our workflow across multiple disciplines.
