A Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an extraordinary platform for team collaboration and creative ideation, and its recent introduction of AI-powered features takes it to the next level. The AI tools are incredibly useful for automating tedious tasks, like organizing sticky notes into clusters, generating ideas with built-in brainstorming prompts, or summarizing key points on a crowded board. These capabilities save time and enhance productivity, allowing users to focus on strategy and creativity instead of manual organization. Combined with Miro’s rich set of templates, integrations (Slack, Jira, etc.), and its easy-to-navigate interface, the AI capabilities truly feel like a game changer for both individuals and teams. And of course, the real-time collaboration is icing on the cake—superb for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Miro’s AI features are a welcome addition, there is room for improvement. Some AI suggestions, like the automatic clustering of content, can sometimes feel a bit imprecise, especially with highly nuanced data. The tools are great for general use but may fall short for complex workflows. Furthermore, access to its AI-powered features is often tied to higher pricing tiers, which may put them out of reach for smaller teams or budget-conscious users. Additionally, as boards grow in size and complexity, slight performance lags can occur, which could impact the automation experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me streamline ideation, improve collaboration, and speed up workflows. The wireframe capabilities enable rapid prototyping during project planning, while AI tools eliminate the hassle of manual data organization, saving me both time and energy. It centralizes creative processes, keeping my team synced and focused regardless of location.

My goto tool for brainstorming and strategizing.
What do you like best about the product?
I often have trouble creating diagrams of the vision I have in head, but I find it easy to use Miro for documenting fleeting inspirations, group brainstorm sessions or strategic process/roadmap visualizations. I love the fact that Miro is available across all my devices and gives me a centralized place to keep those "napkin notes" I make throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have ran across anything so far, I figure if I do. It is just time to upgrade to the premium version. One thing in the future that I may look into is Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration of Miro with my daily tools like M365/Copilot, Adobe Creative Suite or Google Desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an innovator who is constantly learning of new technologies and innovations. These new ideas usually spark ideas of my own. Having a place to store and review these eureka! moments may lead to the next great product for my company or a startup opportunity for me.

Great for visualizing a lot of topics in school
What do you like best about the product?
Great for visualizing a lot of topics in school; The individual board spaces are basically infinite so you can fit a bunch of mindmaps in one place to organize a lot of ideas at once
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only allows you to have 4 boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with organizing my thoughts when planning projects, presentations, etc. So the easy-to-navigate-and-create mindmap is really helpful in visualizing a new project.
It's a bit of a challenge to initially get used to using the platform with its keyboard shortcuts, but once you do, it becomes second-nature and makes the brain storming process go smoothly.
