What do you dislike about the product?
We have issues with lagging, hard to mark up or interact with presentation slides while in presentation mode. I want the clarity of presentation mode (so im not seeing the entire board) but i want to be able to add notes or move things around as the presentation is happening. often it will zoom back out.
There are some formatting items I would like to see improved. Seems like items only align in 1 direction. If I have a logo offset from a sheet 1" out of the corner I would like that logo to snap to the same spot for each frame.
Some items aren't the most intuitive likes exporting PDFs in the same order they are set up to present, getting arrows to point to various items ...

it provides a convenient platform for teams to collaborate together and a place to visually place a variety of thoughts and ideas to work through. Can be used together as teams, but provides a good place to leave feedback as available - ideal for cross office or hybrid collaboration.
Provides a great place to collaborate with external people ie. partners and clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a distributed company, sharing topographically arranged data was impossible at scale and high quality until Miro came along.
Great collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy for lots of people to join and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's an endless canvas, it can be hard to stay organized and ensure nobody gets lost on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping to quickly put things "on paper" to ensure that we're all on the same page. I like that we can use various items (stickies, shapes, colours, etc.) to share our ideas, and we don't need to worry about making it look beautiful and final. It's great as a virtual "whiteboard".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborative whiteboard, excellent UX and onboarding, affordable, useful template library so I don't have to design them on my own each time from scratch
I’m already really impressed with how well it supports collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual whiteboard feels intuitive—you can easily add sticky notes, sketches, or even quick ideas in real time. My teammates and I can jump into a board at the same time, drop comments, and watch each other’s changes instantly, which keeps everyone on the same page without a ton of back-and-forth messaging. It’s cut down on endless email threads and made our brainstorming sessions a lot more interactive.
Visually, it’s been a great way to organize my thoughts and tasks. Creating quick diagrams or flowcharts is straightforward, and even simple color-coding and grouping make larger projects easier to follow. One feature that’s saved me a lot of effort is the collection of ready-made templates created by the Miro community—picking a template that fits my project and customizing it on the fly feels like a real time-saver. Even though I haven’t tapped into every advanced feature, Miro has already proven really helpful for keeping our projects organized and our team in sync. It just feels like a natural fit for any group looking to brainstorm and share ideas visually.

What do you dislike about the product?
One minor downside is that if you’re not careful, the boards can get cluttered pretty fast. It helps to have someone managing or “tidying up” the board every so often, especially if you have a lot of people adding content. But overall, it feels like a natural fit for any group looking to brainstorm and share ideas visually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me tackle a few key challenges in my day-to-day work. Especially getting everyone aligned - especially when team members are working remotely or people from different organizations (outsourcing). It’s much easier to keep everyone on the same page without juggling multiple documents or endless email threads. Also, the ready-made templates save me time when I need to jump into project collaboration or create quick visuals, eliminating the need to start from scratch. Finally, it simplifies the process of visualizing projects' scope. Instead of trying to explain complex context through text alone, I can have everything out on a board, use diagrams or flowcharts, and my colleagues will add their own inputs or feedback.
