Great visual tool for planning - mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps me visually see what my workflows, thought processes look like so I can make adjustments before taking it live into other tools like a software flow, a presentation, a workflow. The fact it seems to be infinite on each board is a bonus especially as I use it to help clients through multiple ideas / opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file management process takes a little getting used to. Trying to figure out what is mine or someone else's boards and how I use that - also the process of inviting folks in sometimes does not work. Other technologies like sharing links inside a workflow can be inconsistent, although this may not be Miro's fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laying out my business and my client's business ideas visually.
Perfect for remote projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate and visually present topics, as well as to represent dependencies and develop structures. I regularly use Miro for digital workshops, but also to visualize my projects. Miro supports me in representing complex relationships and processes, which I can implement very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is not very intuitive at the beginning, but once you get more familiar with it, you quickly get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes are not documented or are very complexly written, so Miro helps to break down and visualize the complexity. In digital workshops, ideas can be worked on together with Miro.
Multipurpose tool with a lot of templates
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration environment and several templates, chart types, form types, etc. It is really helpful having all those thinks in one single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Productivity needs to be improved, because sometimes it is time consuming adjusting component edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build and share business process maps in a collaborative way.
Miro as the main tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use. Easy to integrate with other tools, for example we have it integrated in the Teams so anyone even without Miro account can open board like a guest

Great tool for building workflows and getting colleagues to review
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for building workflows and getting colleagues to review, I am able to share and control how i share
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of real world examples that would help the use of types of templates. Printing or sending to PDF is difficult, i had to use frames to do this not sure why but that seems the best way. and only found out by accident
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its getting the picture of how our Business operations process work which is great and having discussion points with the team.
Miro for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a highly interactive workspace, ensuring that team members can engage with meetings, discussions etc. In real-time, wherever they are in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, there are no red flags for me with miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Predominantly meeting collaboration but with a newer focus on journey mapping and roadmapping as we enter the second half of the year. It is proving beneficial because all meeting attendees can contribute and feel part of the process- adding value to their insights
Miro: A Must-Have for Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the absolute best part of Miro is how intuitive and flexible the canvas is. It honestly feels like you’re working on an endless whiteboard, but with superpowers—dragging, dropping, and rearranging ideas is just so smooth. I love the built-in templates for brainstorming (like mind maps, sticky notes, and flowcharts), and how you can invite teammates and see their avatars moving around in real-time. It made remote workshops with my team genuinely interactive and fun. Collaborating on design sprints or mapping out a project plan used to be clunky on regular docs, but Miro makes it super visual and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
As awesome as it is, Miro sometimes feels overwhelming when you first start, especially for people not used to digital whiteboards. There are so many features hidden in menus, it can take a bit before everyone is up to speed. The board gets messy fast in big sessions if people aren’t disciplined about space or naming things. Also, the free version has some limits—you only get a few boards, and some integrations are paywalled, which can be frustrating for small teams. Occasionally, I’ve had minor lag issues with very large, content-heavy boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes remote collaboration easy and visual, helping teams brainstorm, plan, and stay organized all in one place.
Love this tool for collaboration and meetings

For collabs and in generell gathering feedback an certain versions of ideations, Miro is the best tool to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
none so far that I can think of, I´m overall happy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast Wireframing
Great way to visualize data and create worshop with clients
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how intuitive and flexible it is for both real-time collaboration and asynchronous work. It creates a visual workspace where cross-functional teams can brainstorm, map out processes, and manage workshops in a way that feels natural and productive. I also appreciate the wide range of templates and integrations, which help speed up setup and keep everything connected to our existing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful tool, it can become overwhelming on large boards, especially when multiple users are working simultaneously. Performance can slow down with complex diagrams, and managing content can get tricky without clear structure. Also, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which might limit smaller teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
t replaces the need for physical whiteboards and sticky notes, allowing our team to co-create in real time or asynchronously across time zones. This has improved alignment, sped up project planning, and made our sessions more engaging and productive.
Intuitive and Efficient for Cross-Functional Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extremely lightweight cross-functional work with Miro, which allows me to really start with a blank piece of paper without limitations and gather ideas there. The intuitive table feature is also great, as it makes creating roadmaps easy and clear. The entire tool is very intuitive and significantly facilitates collaboration and documentation. Overall, I appreciate the flexibility and simplicity that Miro brings to my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some minor improvement requests regarding Miro's table tool. Specifically, I would like to have the ability to assign multiple people to an initiative at the same time, which is currently not possible. Although this can be considered more of an optimization than a fundamental change, it would enhance the functionality for our collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables easy cross-functional collaboration and intuitive creation of ideas and roadmaps, improves teamwork, and allows for efficient clustering of user test observations for location-independent teams.
