What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for everything, from making my work plan to organize information. I really love that it can create different board and can upload medias like PDF documents and photos so I can put them all on my Miro board and access them quickly and don't need to find each of them every where. I also love the quick notes which helps a lot when brainstorming ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a design practitioner, I would love to see Miro develop more on the design aspect and options so that we can have more choice and tools to design our boards :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love to have everything in 1 big board so that I can access and go through it quickly. Miro support uploading documents, text, links, images, etc. which I found the most helpful so that I can put every information onto the board.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very use friendly. I've been using Miro since 2021 in my work time and also in my personal time, sharing small projects e business ideas.

It has become an essential part of how our team build and show business Architectures to the market. Miro provides an intuitive and highly flexible digital whiteboard that adapts to virtually any use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance on large boards: Sometimes, very large boards with lots of content can get a bit slow.

Still don´t allow to use embedded videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a shared visual workspace where teams can brainstorm, plan, and align in real time. It helps me turn complex ideas into clear visuals, run more engaging meetings, and keep everyone on the same page—no matter where they are.

Miro Delivers Exactly What I Need

  • July 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is how intuitive and easy it is to use. I was able to get started right away, and even people on my team with no experience in visual tools had no trouble using it. It’s become part of my daily routine, I use it for brainstorming, planning, and collaborating in real time. It integrates perfectly with other tools like Google Drive and Slack, and the number of features available is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s very little I dislike. Sometimes boards with a lot of content can get a bit heavy to load, especially with slower connections, but it’s nothing that stops me from using or recommending it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and visualize complex marketing ideas through mind maps, which makes it much easier to structure campaigns, define strategies, and connect insights. Instead of scattered notes or static documents, I have everything laid out in a clear and dynamic space. This has improved both my clarity and speed in decision-making, and it’s helped me communicate ideas more effectively with my team.

Must-have tool

  • July 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that you can do a great number of tasks in this software and saves procuring other bits of kit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Miro are the lines between objects, if I link up post-it notes or objects in a board and there are lots of lines, or objects are far apart, the lines can be a bit clunky or be in a different place the next time I open the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with the communication across the team, and having somewhere static we can keep ideas and information in order to progress our products and services.

THE EXCEL OF THE CREATIVE PROCESS

  • July 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
If Excel has proven to be a foundational tool for almost every field, I believe Miro isn't far behind—different functions, but the same effectiveness for teamwork, project development, idea organization, and so much more, thanks to its well-thought-out and well-designed software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve is the orthogonality feature and add other functions like the ability to create tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and simple communication, and the development of my ideas alongside the rest of the team.

Enables great remote collaboration and planning

  • July 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness of Miro is great and the ability to see other people's pointers and activity on a board is useful. It's really easy to open Miro and just start putting a picture together that can be shared in multiple ways, and be collaborated on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the feature that shows a list of all frames is not intuitive, every time I want to use this feature I click around for over 5 minutes trying to find it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration while working with multiple teams remotely is challenging and Miro has solved that problem well. People can collaborate in Miro without a presenter needing to share their screen making it an effective and interactive tool to use and keeps sessions interesting and fun.

    Architecture & Planning

Miro is the best work place organizing tool

  • July 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am an intern working in a large architecture firm and Miro makes all of our project organization simple and easy. The whiteboard style is what I use most often and has been a great way for my team and I to collaborate and discuss ideas while keeping a strong timeline of changes and comments made on the different phases of the client projects. Im not sure what other program could compare, but I do know that Miro does a excellent job in checking off every need I, and my team, have!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two suggestions.
1. I wish there were more option for line work, specifically I wish there was an easier way to make a poly line. I do not like how I have to use multiple lines to create an outline for an irregular shape. Its tedious and could be simplified to the a poly line tool similar to the one in Rhino 8.
2. When adding an arrow to connect sticky notes, i wish the arrowhead wouldn't automatically connect to one of the four points that are provided. Sometimes I want an arrow to connect to a bullet point or a photo that I have added to within the stickey note and it is EXTREMELY hard to do this when the head of the arrow keeps wanting to connect to one fo the four center edge points. THIS IS AN EASY FIX, so I would love if you could fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team have a space to formulate and collaborate through our ideas.
