Perfect visual organization for academic, professional and personal projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is the freedom to visually structure any idea or deliverable in the way that makes the most sense to me. It's as if everything in my head flows onto the screen, hanging ideas on an infinite string: I can see where they are, when they were born, and how far they've grown. This freedom to mix images, words, and colors is almost therapeutic. I can create flowcharts, visual panels, mood boards, and even present complete works directly from the platform, without having to export them.
The most useful thing for me is being able to have everything in one place: visual references, drafts, comments, notes from colleagues, and even timelines. This helps me stay on track even in long projects, as well as facilitating collaboration with teachers and colleagues, who can access and comment in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when the boards get too heavy (especially with high-resolution images and collages), I feel like I lose fluidity. I also wish Miro would work better with tools I use in college, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit, without having to export everything to PDF first. But even so, I wouldn't give up Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Architecture and Urban Planning student, the biggest problem has always been organizing loose ideas and visual references that come from various places: photos, sketches, mood boards, texts. Miro has become my “living board” — on it, I can group, connect, and even tell the story behind each project. This makes it easier when presenting work, putting together final deliverables, and even saving inspiration for the future.
It has many advantages in its "Free" version, it is implemented easily.
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is for people who are not familiar with this type of tools, therefore the implementation is simple and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing when working simultaneously, but with frequent use, it becomes easier to work at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A world of problems to be realistic, from simple things like Process Mapping and Flow creation to achieving a collaborative Workboard for the team, improving organization.

Miro - A wonderful diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables teams of any size to collaborate and work on the same project or task. Whole organizations can be easily setup and managed. I use it on a daily basis to do diagramming for AWS, create mind-maps, notes and even for Kanban boards. Miro even offers multiple integrations and even with AWS, allowing the users to create architecture diagrams even faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is absolutely great, but sometimes there is lag when loading boards. Usually boards have to be really big for this to happen but it happens from time to time. Also, when editing text, the behaviour of using bold letters or italic for example, does not ally 100% to the expectations or how other apps do it. This is a minor drawback from my point of view and I have seen improvements over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers a single point of truth where everyone can come and contribute with his ideas and input. The various offered components like sticky notes, boards etc. give endless options of how to display information. When diagramming for AWS, there is already a library containing all AWS Service icons for ease of use.
Visual and intuitive platform. Perfect for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool to visually structure group dynamics and concepts, helping you organize ideas, map out frameworks, and collaborate with others in a clear and interactive way. Additionally, it's highly intuitive, so with just a few tips, anyone can quickly feel comfortable using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version limits the number of boards and teams you can create. Additionally, after the trial period for the premium version, you won't be able to edit the boards created during that period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves problems of disorganization, fragmented collaboration, process complexity and inefficient communication, making it easier to brainstorm and map out complex concepts and processes in a visual way, enabling real-time, remote teamwork, enhancing communication, and serving as an all-in-one visual and flexible platform. More specifically, it's benefiting me by simplifying complex processes, boosting my creative workflow and enhancing collaboration within my projects.
