I have been using Miro across multiple companies and different use-cases, from creating mind maps and structuring brainstorming to spring planning. There is no learning curve or any other barrier really. Weather you have a project for yourself or many people team - tt just works every time.

There is not much to dislike really about it.

I do a lot of mind maps and diagramming. Miro has been my go to software for that for many years.
It was very good for completing the planning!

A game changer for campaign planning, GTMs and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform, an the flexibility of the solution makes it truly feel like your own workspace or whiteboard. There's never a time I feel that I'm too restructured by the platform to get out from Miro what I need, when it comes to planning our strategies, campaigns or just simply generating ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't come across any downsides for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is my go to solution for campaign planning and customer journey mapping - I love how fluid it is, so we can put ideas down and easily change them without much effort. Additionally, we can do this as a team as many of us work remotely, we can all jump on the same board and collaborate with ease.
I also use the templates regularly, which provides a lot of inspiration and speeds up the process of drawing processes or creating a workspace for collaboration.

Its just a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having come from a non-technical background and part of a tech company, it is a easy tool to get the hang of and seeing those with experience amazes me - with new AI features its only getting better (and easier)
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing to start, but once you work out the basics it is easy to learn more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping business process and possible ideas on how to improve them
MIRO for working in a team
What do you like best about the product?
The app is intuitively designed. Processes can be very well represented. I also find that working in a team has become easier as a result. The app's templates are really good and fun to use. I use Miro intensively in the team about 1-2 times a week. The shared boards are also well received by my colleagues and are well integrated into the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't been able to find anything that gives me a stomachache. Maybe the user interface is sometimes not 100% intuitive, but I think you get used to it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The processes that cannot really be described in words can be very well represented graphically in Miro! Creating a mind map for the kickoff of a project is just great. You have all thoughts structured and organized.
Powerful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to set up workshops and get feedback from stakeholders in a meaningful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing the data that is collected is tedious. It takes a long time to get info synthesized from a workshop. Hoping AI could solve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stakeholders come to our team with a vague vision. It's helpful to use miro as a playground to explore their ideas and really figure out what they want.
