What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration incredibly smooth, especially for remote teams. I love how easy it is to brainstorm visually using sticky notes, flowcharts, and templates.

It feels like a digital whiteboard where everyone can contribute in real time without stepping on each other’s work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using Miro boards can feel a bit overwhelming, especially on large boards with a lot of content, it’s easy to get lost.

Performance can also slow down with complex boards or when multiple users collaborate simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for workflow mapping, process documentation, and brainstorming sessions. It makes it easy to visualise complex ideas, keep everyone aligned, and turn messy thoughts into clear, actionable plans.

This has significantly improved our team’s efficiency and creativity.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great, easy-to-use collaborative platform that allows teams to build, develop, and innovate together. I like how it supports realtime collaboration, which makes it great for virtual brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro does have occasional bandwidth and stability issues, especially when supporting a lot of users at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team primarily uses Miro for brainstorming, collaborative diagramming and mapping, and visual strategizing. It's great to be able to collaborate both in realtime and asynchronously, and the tools are robust enough to support a variety of needs.

Miro through designer's lens

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it absolutely easy and convenient for brainstorming, mood boarding, especially when working with a team. The infinite canvas gives me the freedom to lay out ideas, sketch user flows, and build out complex systems without feeling boxed in.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t love is how heavy Miro can get once a board has too much on it — it starts lagging or becoming a bit clunky, especially on slower machines or during screen shares. Sometimes I also wish the design tools were a bit sharper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For design work, it’s made a huge difference. I can throw together a quick moodboard with reference images, colors, or typography ideas and instantly get feedback from my team — no back-and-forth or messy attachments. People can comment directly, react, or add their thoughts without needing any design tools themselves, which makes the whole process more inclusive.

It also makes workshops and planning sessions smoother. Everyone’s able to participate, move things around, vote, or co-create in real time. That kind of visual, hands-on collaboration helps the team align faster and stay engaged, especially when we’re all working from different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate and share ideas with my teammates. The little sidebar is pretty intuitive, and you can really do a lot. Anytime me and my teamates need to share ideas or generally show what where working on or what are inspiration is, Miro is better than a whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kind of wish there was a way to maybe integrate some of the functionality of Illustrator or Photoshop to really let teammates collaborate on full scale projects together (Like Figma) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on a digital enviornment where team members can easily express their ideas through text and photos.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has all the features I need in my daily work. It's great for flexible collaboration and is my go-to tool for sorting my thoughts and creating an overview of various topics or issues. Even when working with colleagues who are not accustomed to Miro, it is easy to use for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mostly use the sticky notes in Miro but the restrictions regarding their size can be quite limiting sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me get an overview of complex topics. It makes it much easier to think issues through by being able to freely organize your thoughts. Combined with its collaboration capabilities, Miro is a great whiteboarding software.

What do you like best about the product?
The most notable features are its ease of use and its integration with AI. It's easy to create boards, manage team tasks, and keep notes and to-do lists. It's an intuitive app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when dashboards are very large, it's difficult to navigate or easy to get lost. It's a bit lacking in terms of user notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizes team information, diagrams, and the path of tasks to be performed.

Digital Whiteboard with endless possibilities

  • May 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Since I started using Miro, it’s become a key part of my daily routine as an architect. What I love most is the freedom it gives you — it’s like having an infinite whiteboard where I can drop in anything from photos, gifs, and PDFs to renders and plans, and then sketch over them, jot down ideas, or make quick notes. It really lets me think out loud, experiment, and work in a much more visual way.

At the office, we use it for everything. We organize visual references, sketch our own ideas, mark up drawings and renders collaboratively, assign tasks, and keep track of project progress — all in one place, without having to jump between different platforms. Everything stays clear and accessible for the whole team.

The built-in tools are also incredibly useful, from sticky notes and arrows to frames and presentation mode, everything is designed to support collaboration. And the plugins are a real game changer., being able to integrate Figma, Notion, or Google Drive right inside the board saves us tons of time and keeps everything connected. We also use ready-made templates now and then, especially when we want to kick off a brainstorm or structure a meeting more efficiently. It has become a vital tool of our creative process as architects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements like lines and forms are a bit annoying to use, and i would like to have the possibility of selecting only the things that i want by clicking and dragging the mouse but it always selects a bunch of elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an online live platform to have an archive of our projects process.
