What do you like best about the product?
Miro is amazing for collaboration with other wether you work at a company or you're a student. I've used it for both cases and it's great to work live on the same challenge or topic while making use of visuals and templates from Miro that can really speed up your work. I use it all the time at work, almost daily and I rely a lot on Miro for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's confusing to understand the requirements for the plans (payment). Sometimes I struggle when I invite people from outside of the organization (or the plan) because often they don't have full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me with collaboration with others and saving me time through tools like templates

Whiteboard-like collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work collaboratively remotely with real time view.
Existing templates are helpful for non-designers to get started with mapping.
Great features for workshopping such as timer countdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the board is full (such as if used over 4 months with 50+ people), it's very slow to load.
Can be difficult to manage the canvas because those not very savvy might move the wrong thing or unable to follow the pace.
Could be quite intimidating for non-designers to get started especially when there are already a lot of existing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to have at-a-glance visualised view of complex information, so everyone involved is on the same page

A versatile collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing strategist and mentor, I’ve used Miro in a wide variety of settings — from mentoring sessions and asynchronous team workshops to designing website architecture and mapping out growth funnels for companies. Across all these use cases, what consistently stands out is Miro’s intuitive interface and flexibility.

The platform shines in collaborative environments. Whether I’m leading a team or participating as a contributor, Miro provides a clear visual space where ideas come to life. I’ve found it particularly powerful for asynchronous collaboration — allowing teams to contribute on their own time, while still feeling connected to a shared process. It also handles complexity well: I’ve mapped entire user journeys, sales funnels, and information architectures without feeling constrained.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, accessing version history or past iterations hasn’t always been straightforward. This can become an issue during fast-moving projects where changes need to be tracked clearly.

Another limitation is the onboarding curve for new users. While the tool is generally easy to use, people unfamiliar with it often get overwhelmed by the variety of templates, tools, and navigation options. In collaborative settings, this sometimes slows things down if part of the team needs additional guidance just to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to facilitate more dynamic, inclusive, and strategic conversations, leading to clearer outcomes and better alignment across teams.
