Switching to Miro was seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I have used various diagraming tools in the past, and had to switch to Miro when my company decided to standardize internal processes. Miro is very easy to use. You can either start from a blank board, or from one of the templates. There are templates for almost everything. They are well built and user-friendly. You don't really need any training to learn how to use them, but there are tons of reference documents and videos, in case you are lost or want to use some of the advanced functionalities. The Artificial Intelligence features also help fast-track the creation of collaborative boards and work spaces, and reduce the effort to populate the information based on contextual documentation. The switch to Miro was seamless and increased user-adoption and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro was integrated with GDrive. Including a link to a Miro board from within our file repository would allow to centralize all clients and projects repositories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate on many different types of diagrams and tools, in real-time, without having to start from scratch all the time, is priceless.
The text is already in English and does not require translation.
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Miro for internal workshops and appreciate its intuitive interface and ease of collaboration. The real-time editing and variety of templates facilitate team engagement and contribution, and the integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive help keep everything streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has many features, but new users may find it challenging to learn, and some advanced features and the user interface might need more user-friendly guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborations with global and dispersed teams located in various regions, allowing for smooth and interactive discussions and workshops.
Amazing tool for cross-functional teams
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility - I can use it for almost everything I do and the updates are shown in real time to others viewing the board which is extremely helpful for information sharing and working with remote, international teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Board can sometimes freeze or take a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
One tool that does a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been an extremely useful tool for our agency. From creating website sitemaps to conducting virtual client workshops, we have found unique ways to incorporate it into our agency operations.
The learning curve is low and the UI is very intuitive, making it easy to onboard team members and clients without extensive documentation and training.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the limited organization of boards once created. We create projects for each client, but there is no hierarchy beyond that, and you can't archive older boards–only delete them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Miro solved for us was the ability to share all campaign assets in one place for ease of client review. We had tried other tools without much success, but now we're able to add all the creative assets to one board (landing page mockups, emails, ads, social posts) and the client can see an entire campaign in one place and leave feedback holistically.
This has cut down on review time, missing comments, and overall revisions.

Review about Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like collaborating with my team and other teams, it's beneficial in our routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only access three boards in my free plan, and I don't like it when the file gets too heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Miro help me with the templates because it's very fast to use it there.
Extremely powerful collaboration & visualisation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration capabilities - sharing boards with teams and managing processes and workshop sessions directly within boards (things like timers, voting, following the viewer etc.). Other collaborators also are generally familiar with Miro's capabilities, so it can be good for usage also outside the organisation as well as within.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to create stylised boards from scratch that align to external branding. It can take a lot of effort to get a board to a place of looking not like a Miro board, and something you'd be happy to share externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of different teams or collaborators looking at separate lists/flows and rather allows an easy visual single map to be created that multiple users can all look at in a shared way. It also helps to make it easy to visualise ideas that otherwise may be only written, and it helps to invite multiple collaborators into a topic or document easily.
Great tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and improves continuously
What do you dislike about the product?
it's sometimes difficult to me to keep up with all of the new stuff coming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration between people in different locations
It's convenient, but there are some parts that are a bit difficult to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share with everyone and the excellent freehand drawing feature are its strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that not much effort has been put into the freehand feature. The help comments that appear when selecting a command on the toolbar are very distracting. In addition, I would like a pointer feature to share the specific areas being pointed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly work as an instructor and conduct lessons using an online whiteboard.
It's a very useful and easy to use platform, allows you to have spaces and collaboration tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ability to collaborate with organizational partners on joint project work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps product lifecycle tools could be implemented for some of the more common collaborative work tools, e.g., kanban, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use it as a space for task control, work planning, development and exchange of ideas and elaboration of innovative diagrams and/or inherent to the design and development of products.
