Impact of Miro on Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been my go-to tool for anything related to Product Management.
It is so user firendly, that we don't need a tutorial to understand how to use it, just spend time with trying out different options/features, and you can get going.
We can create different canvases and represent our thoughts with ease, collobarate with team members, integrate popular tools like Jira etc. I am a big fan of Miro and how it revolutionised the industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance Issues with Large Boards: As boards become more complex and contain a lot of elements, performance can sometimes slow down. This can lead to lag, delays in loading, and a less smooth user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my favorite features is the different templates and icons. It's like having a visual toolkit at my fingertips, allowing me to create professional-looking visuals without any design experience. Whether I'm planning a project, brainstorming ideas, or simply capturing my thoughts, Miro provides the perfect canvas for my creativity/curiosity.

The ability to create interactive whiteboards that can be easily shared among team members fosters creativity and seamless communication. I particularly enjoy the variety of templates and tools available for brainstorming, mapping ideas, and organizing workflows. It's an intuitive platform that enables teams to collaborate effectively, no matter their location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the arrows and connectors a little bit hard to work with. They can be difficult to position and align properly, especially when trying to create complex diagrams.

As a product designer, Miro is solving several key problems, particularly in the areas of collaboration, ideation, and workflow organization.

It helps me having my strategic planning on a visual format, which makes it easy to share/collaborate it with any colleague or stakeholder but also allows me to have a better understanding of my ideas. The templates that miro provides are also a great start for when we don't know exatcly how to represet our thoughts or ideas.

Pretty Happy So Far!!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is fairly intuitive, and is able to do pretty much whatever I need it to. I typically use Miro to map out marketing projects, and use it on almost a daily basis. It's easy to get started, and I'm excited to keep exploring additional features so I can use it to it's full capacity!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is somewhat lacking. It would be great if there was a chat function such as ZenDesk so I could get help on the fly as opposed to waiting for emails or having to comb through help documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to map out marketing campaigns / projects fairly quickly, and in a way that is visually appealing
Very good collaborative whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has great drawing and diagramming capabilities including layers, templates, and frames. Added to that the collaboration aspect and you have one of the best whiteboard tools out there.

Not as many templates options as competitors like Mural.

Primarily As-is To-be mapping and Customer Journey documentation. We also use it as starter for User Stories
