Collaboration across timezones

  • May 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Talk-track feature has enabled us to share our thoughts on complex strategy conceptual boards across time zones. Taking the time to talk through your appreciations, sharing your visual language, allows for a personal connection to the material.

Also, allowing specific reactions to the timeline allows me to spot sections that convey a reaction and merit a highlight. The feature is easy to use and allows teams that may be distant to collaborate in a personal and understandable manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to apply a visual style from a brand guideline may be a bit restrictive and requires extra care with formatting and input from other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relating apparently distant elements in a visual canvas, that allows keeping items and moments in check.

It has been an awesome experience for several years

  • May 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using Miro has been an awesome experience!
Its flexibility enables your creativity, while the tens of templates available kickstart your boards with ease.
The user interface is fairly straightforward and intuitive for the common day-to-day activities.
I've been using Miro with my team every other week, and also in ad-hoc collaboration with other teams, supporting our company and our products' growth.
Miro keeps evolving and providing new features that you come to learn from time to time, or when you need something more specific. Chances are, whatever you need, it's already available in some way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure Miro has a lot of features and templates that I don't know about. That's probably the one thing I struggle the most, because I don't know all its potential, and how can I take more advantage of this great product.
Another thing I find myself spending some time is looking for capabilities I don't use that often, and sometimes there are a few options that feel like their spread around, like adding images, avatars/emojis, tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Starting with a blank canvas that's shared across the team is a great starting point for any brainstorm.
It's very easy to add content to boards and to organize it however you want.

Helping with the as-is rose, thorn, buds brainstorming for clients and the roadmap for the future. Also helps with requirements gathering and story-telling

Great for visualisation

  • May 12, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and quick to learn all the features. I use it for almost every project I start, and for workshops. I am also able to insert pictures and diagrams from the board easily into presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to use without a mouse, so it is limited outside of desk use. I prefer to use it at my desk and struggle to scroll around the screen without a mouse handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complaints related problems

The Ultimate Collaboration Hub for Remote Teams!

  • May 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The infinite canvas, drag-and-drop simplicity, and ability to see teammates’ cursors moving in real time turns brainstorming, planning, and design sessions into genuinely interactive experiences. It’s the closest thing to being in the same room without actually being there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions interface can be a little clunky, and it sometimes takes extra clicks to get the right access settings—especially when juggling guest access, team access, and edit/view-only roles. It works, but it could be faster and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of jumping between tools or trying to explain ideas over Slack or Zoom, I can visually map out concepts, workflows, and journeys in real time with my team. Whether I’m wireframing a new feature, diagramming a system, or mapping a customer journey, Miro lets everyone contribute simultaneously. It keeps collaboration fluid and centralized, which saves time, reduces miscommunication, and helps us move faster as a team.
