great tool for team collaboration

  • April 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start
It is interactive for people even outside the Miro world (without an account)
I like the idea of Spaces for teams
and the possibility to use a few boards for personal needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great that Miro helps to put in complicated issues with details; it becomes a mess fast.
AI is the path (co-partner who helps to get Zusammenfassung)

So for the moment it doesn't integrate well enough

Also, we tried to use corporate style and it is not so easy to share and spread it among our boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to be in complicated context with differend peope and still be particulary precise.
Fly high and be on the ground together

I work in Miro every day. It is my working-desk, my notebook, my drive, my everything. I am in marketing and i create content bibliography there, to have everything at display. It's really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No idea. If i imagine a feature i would like on Miro, I find it on Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize complex processes and big portions of content. I am able to see big picture and also details.

Miro makes it extremely easy to communicate ideas/data to my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like two things

1) Templates: Cuts down the effort to organize shapes, and I can jump straight to implementation.

2) UI: The UI makes it easy for a Miro beginner. The learning curve was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike :

1) Not exactly tailored for data teams: I am a data person and would like templates for cohort analysis, etc, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently doing a funnel analysis for my company. it is helping visualize a large and complicated funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to work with Miro when conducting group dynamics, I believe it allows for team integration and fosters synergy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to download the template where you have worked, if it is very large, it cannot be viewed properly. There should be an option to reduce the scale or rearrange it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are working as a team and there are points that require our attention because we need to overcome them, we work on them in Miro.

The problem is shown, brainstorming is noted, priorities are set, and we reach the answer; this is how we tackle the problem.
