Miro transformed my workflow

  • January 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has changed my work for the better. There is no other tool on the market that works as well for visual thinkers like me. The interface is intuitive, and the advanced features have made my workflow much more efficient in professional and academic projects, and I've recently started using it in my personal life for setting goals, planning trips, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the limitation of projects is a downside for me because I'm currently using the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a visual thinker, Miro provides an intuitive platform for organizing ideas and projects visually. There is no other tool that caters so well to this need. Also, Miro is incredibly versatile and efficient for my workflow.

Great tool for remote collaboration and communication

  • January 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and flexible interaction between multiple people remotely. Great for collaborative planning, lean coffee discussions, and long-running living documents maintained by multiple people, and sometimes multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of useful features, but sometimes it can be hard to remember where in the menus they are accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro copes with a large number of users, and documents can grow to any size. I haven't seen it struggle with large numbers of people, or very large documents.

It's a great tool for remote working, but we also find ourselves using it in in-person meetings as well, because it's so useable, and it means the output of the meeting is available afterwards.

We use it for planning and diagramming, lean coffee discussions, and living documents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping a lot with diagrams.

Head of Group Organization & HR Processes

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro a great tool for an efficient information flowing, our teams can work synchronously or asynchronously.
Miro helps minimize emails (an inefficient way to share infos) between teams and people working together on a project, initiative, ecc
After a bit of practice, I've almost completely quit powerpoint
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe the mobile version has some room for improvement (e.g. when you try to change text or content. Obviously major changes to the structure of the board are not recommended for the mobile version).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing information more efficiently with my teams
having more effective meetings

Drawing is fun

  • January 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of Miro a LOT. I like using the boards for technical documentation over writing paragraphs of text. Since I'm more on the backend / data engineering side, I find it helpful to use the pictures, arrows, multi-colored text, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the perspective when you first visit the board is zoomed out so much. You have to manually zoom in to use the default text box size and be able to see it clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving troubles that might arise over cross-team collaboration as I am part of the technical team. We need to collaborate often with the business operations & product people to understand what features to build next.

Miro is the best tool for Product collaboration out there

  • January 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There's no better tool out there to collaborate creatively and efficiently - Miro does it all. I love how many options for content creation there are, tools to work together seamlessly as though you're in the same space, clever AI additions and generally the ability to be creative with the boards. I use it all the time, for every workshop I run as a Product Manager. It's so easy to use amongst teams because it's really intuitive and there are no complex integration requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get confused by the sharing settings sometimes. The sizing is also a little hard to predict sometimes, depending on how you're viewing the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative workshops
