One of the best tools for virtual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it's a very intuitive tool, easy to use without any training needed.
The Miroverse is such a great advantage, you can find almost any template there, and also share your own templates with the world. This is very convinient when you are a bit short on inspiration, just look for cool retros, business canvas, etc.
I also really like the facilitator tools, the private mode is a MUST for certain types of meetings, where anonymity creates psychological safety.
The image search, emojis, stickers is one of my favourite features as well, it makes your boards and thus meetings more interesting and dynamic.
I use Miro every week for my SAFe Scrum team and ART activities, as well as for other collaborative meetings and trainings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a feature to create sticky notes with a double click, but I've been using the sticky stack to help me create sticky notes easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes team meetings much easier, it supports collaboration, it gives psychological safety for the team. And brainstorming too, it makes it possible to quickly brainstorm and cluster ideas, very useful for innovation meetings.
Miro is a great tool to collaborate especially during workshops, team meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
The most upside of Miro in my organization is its various tools in built for collaboration and ability to keep all the information at one place even the rough work you do before getting your desired result.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to do both sometimes, explaining the audience like a presentation and then getting their collaboration to achieve the some goal on the same Miro board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping to solve various problems in my organization which we discuss in whole day workshop like environment and we discuss and collaborate one problem at a time then find the actions to be done to achieve better results in future.
Great Collaboration tool to work with teams and build together!
What do you like best about the product?
Help to do workshops within the teams at our company in a collaborative way, we have been able to accomplish complex tasks, mind maps, analysis, prioritization and problem solving with this platform
What do you dislike about the product?
When we want to use other features like UML, Azure, etc. It asks us to go to Business or Enterprise plans, so I have to browse on the internet for icons or images and paste them there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us work in complex problems or difficult meetings and workshops, simplifying them and being able to have convergent results and alignment within our teams.
Fantastic Product - Changes the way you think about work
What do you like best about the product?
The interactivity and range of features on Miro is incredible. It's replaced our use of Visio and restructured the way we do meetings. I use it every day for mapping out ideas. While it doesn't have all the complex, in-depth, features of Visio, that's quickly forgotten because of how easy it is to interact with other users and express complex ideas in an interactive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The odd technical issue here or there, but nothing that isn't fixed quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business process mapping is so easy to do quickly with Miro.
It just works
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Miro is the ease of use. Everything just works, the user experience feels intuitive. Sharing things, co-working on complex ideas, brainstorming; all of these work at the speed of thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team / user management and licenses are murky and people get added to the team almost by accident. Costs can spiral out of control quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My thoughts are rarely structured. Putting them into a word doc isn’t really showing them in the right way. Miro lets me put things into a spatial relation to each other, more like they are in my head.
It also makes working with post-its easy.

Brilliant online tool for true real-time collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
We are using our dashboard to include external parties for reviews of large scale projects. It's great to not be limited to domains or internal networks to do this cross boundary collaboration. The real-time collaboration is fantastic. The ability to see everyone's pointer floating across the screen gives a sense of gamification to the dashboard and represents the concept of an in-person group activity really well.
The export option is great and simplifies the reporting and actions from any workshop.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user controls are somewhat simple and useful for some, but for others they are still too complicated. It would be good to have the option to give minimal tools to end users, eg reducing the available functionality to just create a new post it note.
The limit of 25 users can be a challenge, a limit of say 40 would be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post implementation reviews with external parties, ensuring everyone sees the same thing despite being in different parts of the world.
Miro let's me organize my notes and thoughts in a more natural for me way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me a full flexibility over how I organize my informations. I can move items around, change their size, connect or disconnect, it's very comfortable. I like that it has colors to choose from and shapes. I like that I can paste a printscreen photo straight to the board. I like having different options, personification of everything. I don't usually use it for collaboration, but this is how I even learned about it and I think it's also an important feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that selecting is with the right mouse click and moving with left. I got used to having it the opposite way in Google Maps and now I get things confused, which is annoying. Editing text in boxes or stickers sometimes happens for more than just selected text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as my memory board. It's letting me keep some information and find them easily. It reminds me of important stuff.
