What do you like best about the product?
the ability to add different types of files into dashboard

I would like to improve the navigation araound dashboard, zoom in/ zoom out is not very convinient when you need to move left/right / .....

What do you like best about the product?
what is most helpful in miro is its online collaboration so you can directly work with others
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dilike that it doesnt have a night mode display, shapes are so limited, crop isnt easy, when you ctrl v an image it sometimes replace another one.i understand how it works but dont get whats the idea of it, CANNOT SAVE AN IMAGE I PUT ON MIRO IN MY PC!

The app is great. When I first started using it, I didn’t think about using any other app.
What do you like best about the product?
This website provides an intuitive user experience, making it easy for users to navigate and interact with the content.

As a developer, for feedback, there are some minor bugs — sometimes the pen doesn't work perfectly, but it's fine

I like having the ability to create mind maps in a simple way and being able to show them to the team.

The free layer only allows you to have 3 different dashboards and not unlimited.

Ease of use when it comes to putting loads of stuff in one place and get a good overview. Nice that you can have stuff in there that you dont want to presentate just by choosing what to include

Could be much better when it comes to presentations and such. page numbers, guidelines for pictures and text positions like indesign would be nice. And sorry but I absolutly hate how the font size changes when i try to increase or decrease the size of the frame its in.

That you can work togheter in a group at the same time without the usal mess.
Beautiful and powerful tool but quite time consuming.

Elegance, clean design, and even the free version are potent tools. They are easy to use for CJMs and flows.

It's very memory-consuming for a laptop to use several times a day every day.

The tool allows me to ideate quickly. I use it primarily for low fidelity design or diagrams

1. If you don't have enterprise plan, export feature is basically unusable. It's so low resolution, so basically no point of using it.
2. Limited templates available, for example, I want to do low fidelity design, but there are not enough good template for that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it whiteboarding easy to collaborate with other stakeholders. It allows me to create diagrams, wireframes, and get feedback quickly.

We use miro to document the diagrams about the workflows of the algorithms of some product features or internal process
Miro for Ideating on Urban Planning Concepts at a Global Engineering Consultancy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows me to communicate design and planning concepts with my global coworkers. We often have to think through iterations of a design concept and Miro allows us to upload drawings and mark them up, leave comments, and give live feedback. I can also upload images of what the "vision" is. This is much more collaborative compared to PowerPoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
My coworkers who are not designers have a hard time using the interface and often default to powerpoint to communicate ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes Miro can be a little glitchy due to how many people are interacting with it at once - most often this is means we are restarting the program. Miro has improved how many users can be on the board at once.
Good for brainstorming sessions, lots of interactive features to collaborate in real time
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most the facilitation tools like Timer and Voting. Miro is also great for mapping out big projects or putting things into tables. It's very flexible as well and lets you organize massive amounts of information in many different way, including tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of the overall design of elements like sticky notes and the way font size and zoom work together. It's a little inconsistent.

Miro give me the unlimited canvas to collaborate with other, facilitate workshops, and present research.
