Best tool for visualization!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been the best tool I've used so far for visualization. I'm an email marketer and it's so difficult to view all our email journeys in one place in the email platforms we use. Miro has allowed us to create visual customer journey maps that have made huge impacts on our marketing strategies. We are able to see all customer journey touchpoints in one place and identify areas of opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have too many dislikes about Miro. I wish there were some more pre-built board templates available focused on marketing use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the issue of how to visualize our customer journey map. This has helped us tremendously because we are able to see all touchpoints going out to our customers and have been able to identify several areas of opportunity. We found outdated emails that we were able to update, high performing emails that we were able to add to other touchpoints in the journey, and low performing emails we were able to replace with other content.
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is very intuitive and flexible. I use it mainly for mind maps and workflow diagrams. Having the ability to have my entire team collaborate on the same document is great and no training is needed.
Also, I have the ability to export to PDF, for those who don't have access to Miro or just to provide a copy that people cannot change.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as robust as some of the competitors, but it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest advantages is when we are discussing a business process, it allows me to capture the details the user is providing and then easily adjust when a hidden process suddenly appears. Also, having the ability to share with the team, anyone can go in and adjust as things change.

Helpful tool for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
Having a visual whiteboard that is fast, has quality features, and has an intuitive design. I also like how easy it is to set up and share with others. Getting others involved in a miro board is pretty easy, especially for those who have never used the tool before.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is incredible fast, it does take up a large portion of memory in my browser. I can tell Miro will slow down when I have 30+ tabs open. It may be because I'm using chrome but something I've dealt with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to review different websites and map a user's journey on the site, using it to identify problems, strengths, etc. It's a helpful tool that allows me to easily build a board, copy paste images from my clipboard and start doing important work.

limit on text size per text area which sometimes limit on how much content I can copy at a time.

I have been using Miro for the past few years, and I really love how simple the web application is, and how easy it is for my entire team to collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
When a board link is shared, you need to log in through the browser even if you’re already logged into the Miro app.
It would be convenient if the link opened directly in the app without redirecting to the browser.

In our team, Miro replaces all additional tools.
