Essential for Software Development Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a user experience specialist, and I love using Miro because of its versatility. It provides the space and templates for almost every stage of the product development life cycle, making it an essential tool for my work. I also appreciate its flexibility - it allows me to create and collaborate without restrictions. Miro has truly become a must-have tool in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, none! I’ve had a great experience with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When running research projects, Miro’s research templates help me organise meeting notes and findings efficiently. When working on design solutions, Miro provides an open space to draft and iterate on ideas freely. For user journeys, I can either use existing templates or create my own, depending on the project’s needs. As a visual thinker, I rely on visuals to communicate effectively, and Miro saves me time while helping me get things done efficiently.

Some of the formatting features, particularly with alignment, tables, and text can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is allowing our team to collaborate together on our annual plan, provide clarity in our objectives, and keeping us all on the same page with priorities.
Best Agile Product
What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility that Miro gives to my team, and although I don't use it as much right now, I've loved the collaboration ability of the platform for groups to work simultaneously in a single system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get slow loading times when loading up existing projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of complicated process mapping. The existing features offer flexibility to match my specific needs as they change from project to project.

I love that Miro enable our team to perform simple collaborative task like team meeting but at the same time enable us to run long term project with multiple stakeholders, processing data, insight but also able to present our work clearly.

Variety of well described templates and a user friendly UI

It's easy to get messy. in the past I created vsions in PPT where was easier to keep the same structure

Defining a roadmap for my products, supports brainstorming on features and user stories,
very flexible richfull with features and templates

I liked the most about Miro on inbuilt templates which helped a lot .

I am a software engineer, so need flow charts and service in form of diagram
Probably the best software for ideation and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro across multiple companies and different use-cases, from creating mind maps and structuring brainstorming to spring planning. There is no learning curve or any other barrier really. Weather you have a project for yourself or many people team - tt just works every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike really about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of mind maps and diagramming. Miro has been my go to software for that for many years.
It was very good for completing the planning!

I can express my thoughts logically, making it easy to communicate with designers and developers based on planning.

There aren't many inconveniences when using the maze. It's great as it is.
