Great for demos, training and brain storming!
What do you like best about the product?
I have become a wide-topic Miro user.
1) As a technical consultant, I use it to rough out process and procedures live with clients.
2) It is a must have for technical training: I set up scenarios and then turn students loose on exercises.
3) I use it personally to store and create my own, visually oriented information.
Miro is an extremely flexible, visually oriented platform. I put it up there with OneNote as far as changing the way I work.I've found it very easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
They seem to change the interface and tools a bit too rapidly. Just when I'm getting used to it...

Collaborations across company to define OKRs, Process Mapping, Journey Mapping, Product Management and Product Discovery.
the best tool for visual learners
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very intuitive and makes collaboration seamless for teams working remotely and with teams from all over the world, whether in real-time or asynchronously-
The different templates offered by the tool, as well as the miroverse empowers our teams to collaborate without wasting much time creating boards from scratch.
I have used Miro every day for over 3 years and we are trying to bring more people into the tool. The customer support is a little bit slow, I can't depend on them when trying to solve an issue. I wasn't here when the tool was implemented by my team but I'm working now on the implementation for a broader audience of the company so hopefully it goes well, it's already going. I have conducted several workshops with Miro and people love it so we want more people to feel comfortable using it in their daily tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a little bit limiting for smaller teams.
Another thing that could be better is the way boards are organised, sometimes it can get tricky to keep track of and manage lots of projects over time, specially for bigger teams who have been using miro for many years.

Miro has been a game-changer for our remote team, especially after the pandemic. With people spread across more than 25 countries, miro solves the challenge of collaborating in real-time across time zones. This tool has improved our communication, reduced misunderstandings, and allows everyone contribute visually, no matter where they are.
The different features like sticky notes, flowcharts and templates make it so much easier to break down complex ideas and share them with the team. This has been a huge help when working with a diverse, international team as makes our work more effective and engaging.

Miro - The amazing tool that saved a lot of time for our team and helped us minize confusions
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, fast and intuitive. Free version and a lot of categoriazed templates help us get on to the work in minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great if we can save projects locally and atleast view the projects even when we are offline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A we are working from remote locations, Miro keeps us together. It avoids confusion and we are able to provide both the macro view and indepth details on the same screen, thanks toits zoomlevels
It was a great way to have multiple people review something simultaneously

What do you dislike about the product?
I once made a mistake about copy+pasted everything and it would not "undo". Clearly my issue, but was challenging that it occurred. Luckily someone else fixed the issue afterwards...

Great tool for non-colocated teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers so many tools that allow brainstorming / whiteboarding sessions for non-colocated teams. It's also a great documentation tool when trying to map out customer journeys, marketing plans, and more. It's also helpful for capacity planning - the Jira cards make it super easy to outline work and organize it in a Kanban fashion. Our team uses it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not the most intuitive, and it can be a bit glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spread out all over the world, so it can be hard to do brainstorming or whiteboarding type sessions since we're not all in a shared office. Miro definitely makes it way easier to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Miro is an amazing tool for creating with teams remotely
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it allows teams in different parts of the world to come together and create collaboratively. We always use it to work on improving our processes
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is that, even though it has many tools that make it very easy to use, another tool we use a lot is Figma, and the integration between the two could improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot when doing discovery processes in product development, where we can gather all the information in raw form. Then, with the many templates and objects that Miro offers, we organize the information in a way that allows us to communicate it effectively to other teams
Great collaboration tool that's constantly updated with user-centricity in mind
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent collaboration tool that makes teamwork both intuitive and dynamic. It stands out for its user-centric design and continuous updates that bring in valuable features, keeping the platform fresh and aligned with users' needs. The tool’s vast array of functionalities enables seamless collaboration across teams, making it ideal for brainstorming, planning, and project management. While Miro already offers a strong selection of business templates, expanding this library would only enhance its versatility. Additionally, providing more in-depth guides for new tools would help users maximize the platform’s potential even faster. Overall, Miro remains a top choice for remote and in-person collaboration alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - I really like it. But it can always improve.
For instance, introducing more comprehensive guides or tutorials when launching new features would help users quickly grasp and implement new tools. Additionally, expanding its library of business templates would provide users with even more tailored options, catering to a wider range of industries and project types. These improvements would further solidify Miro's position as a go-to collaboration platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my use cases as someone who is in a non-technical role, Miro helps me brainstorm collaboratively with others. It also helps me facilitate retros, project kick offs and other typical ceremonies.
