Miro valuable forproduct management work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great all purpose tool in my day-to-day work. I use it for user story mapping, collecting research, roadmapping and as a scratch pad when I need to gather research and ideas in a centralized place. It's very easy to drop in screenshots, notes, and links. The flexibility is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not so keen on how it handles previewing links for some types of websites. I also think the Jira integration could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to gather notes and ideas in a centralized place where I can easily collaborate with my colleagues. This is especially useful because we have hybrid work setup so physical whiteboards are not great when you have meetings with a mix of people that are in person and remote.
Great concept and useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely love how it works, the collaborative nature of it and how easy it is to manipulate and make your own
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its a bit tough to get used to the interface and i think there should be more graphic design options for the boards in terms of text or layout. Also the paste function deleting the last thing you pasted is annoying and has lead me to trouble at work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mind mapping in a place where I can store links and ideas to refer back to
Excelent solution, improving constantly
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and makes collaboration seamless, even for those who are not very tech-savvy. Setting up boards, adding elements, and organizing ideas is straightforward, which saves time and helps keep the team focused on the project. Additionally, the templates available are a great starting point, making it quick to adapt the tool to different workflows. Miro truly simplifies teamwork and creativity!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming when working on very large boards with multiple collaborators. As the content grows, navigating through the board and maintaining organization becomes a bit challenging. Additionally, performance can occasionally lag when there are too many elements or users working simultaneously, which can disrupt the workflow. While these issues don’t happen often, they can be frustrating during critical moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects in a centralized space, no matter where we are located. The ability to visually map out ideas and workflows helps improve understanding and alignment within the team. Additionally, it reduces the need for endless email threads and meetings, saving us time and increasing productivity. Overall, Miro makes our work more efficient and collaborative.

Miro: The Ultimate Collaboration Tool for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Its real-time effectiveness and the fact that it allows us to use it with a team. Its simple and easy UI and UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free version, you only get 3 whiteboards which sometimes can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating effectively with every single word being explained to the client.
Practical and quick, great for brainstorming and organizing new projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe its "infinite" nature, the ability to create frames and presentations quickly and easily, along with the ease of interacting with others—everyone can see what I’m drawing—are great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks more efficient drawing tools, like pens that allow creating more complex shapes. Not being able to copy and paste images from one board to another is also a downside. Sometimes, I want to share only a part of the board, not the entire thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of data visualization and the ability to draw over images to develop project ideas.
Miro has greatly helped me to visualize my ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its limitless space and the freedom it offers to outline almost anything you can imagine. As an introvert, I sometimes find it challenging to communicate my thoughts clearly to others. But thanks to Miro, that’s no longer an issue. It allows me to effortlessly visualize my ideas, map out my thought processes, and even prototype my app concepts. Miro truly feels like an extension of my creative mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely enjoy using Miro and don't have any major complaints about it. While occasional bugs can pop up, they’re typically resolved with updates, so it’s not a big issue. The only aspect that can be a bit frustrating is the way text color changes sometimes behave unpredictably—it could use some refinement for a smoother experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a game-changer for bringing my ideas to life. It not only helps me visualize concepts effectively but also makes presenting them to clients or team members seamless and engaging. From mapping out complex processes to designing intuitive wireframes for my apps, Miro is my go-to tool for turning ideas into actionable plans.
5 year exp backend jvm engineer
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start, simplicity when you need it, but also the possibility to create more complicated structures, and plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the status of work on diagrams in miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to visualize our thgouhts, make them clear for everyone. A single space for the whole project thanks to it's possibility to scale the space. It's much faster than jira to understand current status of our work when looking on diagrams on miro (as a engineers) and adding notes to them. also you can have roadmap, as a bigger picture, and more detailed plans in the same space.
