What do you like best about the product?
How creative you can be - very visual platform with lots of customizations

sometimes there are a few functions i wish i could customize perfectly - like free adjustment of arrows instead of it locking into place

The best way to work, but is kind of expensive

This tool is incredible! the way that makes posible to work with your colleagues and to diagram ideas in an easy way is the most important part, giving you the room for it.
Also the templates are comfortable to use, they adapt easely with the work or method that you want to implement on.
And the way that always it has upgrades and new features to use

What do you dislike about the product?
time to time it has some continuity problem of the connection and the app is not so stable on Ipad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that miro is solving right now is the opportunity to build alonside with my collegues and to stablish in a collaborative space the main diagrams. Also it gives us the space to note some ideas in specific places or objets to keep the track of changes or discussion points

I like Miro.com as a tool because of its versatility and power.
It allows me to do a wide range of things, but what I really like is its ability to facilitate in-depth analysis of ideas, in collaboration with my team.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Miro that I find a bit challenging is the constant addition of features and interface changes over time.
The ever-changing interface sometimes makes it difficult to locate familiar tools or functions, leading to unnecessary time spent navigating instead of focusing on the task at hand.
I'm not thrilled with the AI functionality so far, but I'm sure it will improve over time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to deeply analyze the projects or briefs I receive and to tangibly visualize the elements in order to understand which strategy to adopt to respond to requests and to achieve business objectives.
Flexible and Effective Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool to use for brainstorming sessions where multiple people can access at the same time (as guest or signed in user) to work collaboratively on a given project. Additioanlly, the features are easy to use for brainstorming and creating effective assets with a relatively low learning curve. It is intuitive and fun to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more/better oppertunities to import/export certain files within Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Miro is perfect for virtual work environments as it allows users to draw out ideas and flow charts in real time during remote meetings.

I like to use it to create roadmaps, as well as process mapping.

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate without a mouse.

It is mostly used for me and my team to have a space to collect, share and analys ideas.
Perfect tool for Mood Board and Colaborative Workflow layout!
What do you like best about the product?
How much stuff you can put on a single board, really makes the process of R&D much easier. It is so easy to present with Miro without even screen sharing. Finally, I learned just how fun it is to collaborate with many people in real time, annotate, comment, and place items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a stronger sheet tool, and improving the "mindmap" feature so it work bi-directionally.

Miro is a very flexible tool, that allows to do many different things at the same place. Ex: Mood Boarding, reviews, roadmaps, mindmaps and all kinds of notes and documentations.

Limited export options to share the board with users who are not on Miro.

Miro is a great and convenient tool to brainstorm ideas, collect research data and analyse insights

It is very convienient to use – I can work on miro boards with people who are not heavy users of design tools.

Some times I can not log into my account at chrome browser. Then I have to switch to Safari browser, which I do not like using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us collect screenshots from our competitors and make the competitor analysys easy. It is easy to create user flows and to brainstorm new solutions with anyone from our company.
