Being creative and innovative while working together across sites
What do you like best about the product?
People who have never used Miro can integrate it into meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy work with little training or just a short introduction—going from zero to a hundred in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many tools are added that every user finds new ways to work. Keeping up with AI features and integrations across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working across sites and departments is easy and much faster. We are all on "the same page" and can contribute, seeing our work grow in front of our own eyes.
The best tool for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's ease of use. There are so many resources for expressing your ideas, and the collaborative environment helps a lot when you gather your team for a brainstorming session. I don't use Miro frequently, I use it when someone shares something with me. But every time I use it, I feel amazed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not too clear how to access a file that another person shared with you. And I don't like the macOS app. I think it should explore better the resources of a desktop app, and the window title bar is ugly.gly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes is hard to organize your ideas and share with a team. Miro solves this problem with ease. We used when we're prioritizing some tasks and planning the next sprint. We used to organize the company teams. And we use for brainstorming.

- Templates suggested are useful to kickstart ideation, prioritisation and roadmapping in my role
- The ability to manage boards, create folders has been useful, still can be improved

What do you dislike about the product?
- Understanding your recent workshops and having more personalised suggestions or drafts to start with would be great
- Can be slow and crash at times
- Organising folders and searching for boards has got better but general file/folder organisation could be more intuitive
- Ability to have more detailed design and wireframing functionality would be useful, not recreating figma but more intuitive wireframing or IA generation would be good

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the user experience for new new users can be a bit overwhelming. I need to invest some time to onboard everyone to the platforme and ensure they know what to do.
The interface is packed with a features, which is great in the long run, but it's pretty challenging for the new users.
Thtat being said, once you have spent some time exploring, it becomes a great tool for the teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a perfect tool that helps me resolve my day-to-day tasks and challenges for me and my teams. Having this space for collaboration is a essential for me as a Scrum Master.
It makes easier for us to plan sprints, run workshops and retrospectives, create roadmaps and brainstorm new ideas, even if we all work remotely. It also made all my meetings and events more interactive and productive, which keeps teams motivated and focused. The platform trylu became an essential tool for collaboration and creativity.

A powerful ally for group discussion in the classroom
What do you like best about the product?
I am a Japanese high school teacher and I teach Japanese language classes. I facilitate group activities that my students are working on. Miro is a powerful tool for sharing group discussions with the whole class. Students can easily incorporate the opinions of others visually and build on them to improve their own opinions. For us, Miro is an indispensable tool and a companion that improves our lessons every day. The fact that anyone can easily add their opinions is what we appreciate most about Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major complaints about Miro. However, there is one thing I would like to point out. That is the lack of a laser pointer function. The laser pointer function is important when pointing out certain areas to students. I would like you to consider this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always wanted to share each student's opinion with everyone in my classes, and Miro is a magical tool that has easily made that dream a reality.
My Miro Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
visuals can become laggy, especially on less powerful devices or with slower internet connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables remote teams to brainstorm, share ideas, and work together seamlessly
supports inclusive facilitation
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows for easy visualisation of my ideas.
It is a good way to support more inclusive facilitation of meetings, using pre-prepared exercises and activities that everyone can contribute to and decisions are reached more democratically.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to explain to people new to it how to use it. I would like the option for anyone invited to contribut to a board to be able to run through a tiny tutorial of the basic controls.
The present frames feature could be better - so you could for example just click and drag to select specific frames to present, rather than having to manually re-order.
I also dialike the fact that you cannot hide the floating toolbar (or drag it to the side) when sharing a screen and editing text in post-its - this gets in the way of people seeing what's there.

Easy way to show and share ideas visually, in a more accessible way.
A platform for collaboration in remote working.

The best whiteboarding software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is just like having a huge whiteboard. The infinity of the boards means that you never really run out of space. This goes for width and height but also levels of zoom. You can have a large diagram with smaller diagrams embedded in the same board with as much detail as the largest one. It's like viewing a map.
All the things that can be created and combined mean you can use the best tool for the job during planning, designing, ideation.
The nodes are well built and relatively easy to use whether on PC or mobile.
At my work we use it for ideation, floww diagramming, mind mapping, retrospectives, planning, displaying results of investigations, etc.
Collaboration is awesome, both seeing colleagues and being able to follow them as they run meetings. Comments can be made on anything and replied to easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can sometimes me a little confusing. Sometimes it can be hard to find your way around. When people leave comments and you click on those comments, it doesn't take you to the places the comments were made without finding a specific and somewhat hidden button to do it.
Sometimes working with a complex set of nodes can be difficult too with nodes where selecting one with select a different node you don't mean to.
There is no real 'Dark Mode', which is a little annoying if you prefer that like i do. You can change the backround colour, but this does not affect the foreground nodes and therefore doesn't work well.
