The perfect solution for agile development teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for teams that are working remotely and can't be together for an in-person whiteboarding session. My teams have used it for collaborative note-taking as well as hosting agile team retrospectives. I also use it for my self for mind mapping and creating basic logic diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in AI is definitely improving, but I feel like it is still behind a little compared to other AI systems. Also, I wished that it could connect with on-premises versions of Azure DevOps as that would be a major game changer for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows my team to be collaborative, but also allowing unique personalities to show on the boards. It is very open ended and free form.
I recommend Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its versatility and ease of use. It visually organizes ideas, enables real-time collaboration, and offers practical templates that save time. The integrations with other tools and the collaborative experience make work more dynamic and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful tool, there are some aspects I find frustrating, such as the sluggish performance on large boards, the lack of granular control over permissions, and the confusing interface for new users. Additionally, the high cost for small teams and the difficulty in organizing extensive projects can make the experience less practical than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enhances collaboration and organization by centralizing information and providing visual tools for brainstorming, planning, and project management, making your work more efficient and dynamic.
Very straightforward to use
What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro to lead strategic workshop with a customer. I answered to my essential need and was very straightforward. I liked its integration within Google Meet, which was a key decision point to make me to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashed a bit time to time within Google Meet, but it was fast to relaunch it, so not a a major downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed both collaboration, presentation, and also sharing the work easily with the management team of my customer.
A great tool for collaboration & brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make any board creative & collaborate with your team at the same time. We use it majorly for project planning and progress tracking. Has lovely features and too many add ins and great UI. Its a great way to present your ideas/plans in a visual manner instead of the regular PPTs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing Im yet to maybe figure is - tables/excel files do not get updated itself while entering values. You have to do a lot of those things mannually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps bring the thought process of a key project to life. Helps in connecting the dots across the project

Great Collaborative Space
What do you like best about the product?
I can host many people and we can brainstorm together at one end of the scale. At the other I can do my work on my own, prepare for any meeting, topic, project or simply organize my thoughts
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mind mapping options limited. I would like to see more functionality and use MindJet MindManager as the benchmark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting people togehter and keeping all that we generate together. I find that I need to move from topic to topic and it is good that I can come back to work and pick it up again.
A good tool for teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access, simultaneous work of team members, a wide set of tools for creating different types of documents, adding links.
What do you dislike about the product?
A weak presentation set. All templates are very similar, the difference is only in the color scheme or the order of the blocks. It would be useful to have more creative, complex, bright and non-standard templates with curved lines and a wider range of shapes, hues and additional blocks such as quotes or simple diagrams. It is also inconvenient that there is no way to make figures and image corners round or to change the shape of the image to a non-trivial one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to create and edit documents easily and quickly, keeping its previous version. Convenient tools for working with text fields, graphics and images.

As a Product Manager I use Miro on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to quickly organise workshops and save me tons of time. It is also a perfect whiteboard tool for ideating and brainstorm together. During meetings I often open a Miro board to visualise discussions and action points
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really. I miss some AI interaction that can take as an input the board and create a written analysis or propose ordering/grouping input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this digital age where 100% of my work is remote it is a 1 on 1 substitute for a whiteboard I used to drag around the office to all my meetings
Super versatile tool for collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it really easy to collaborate with my team, especially when we’re working remotely. The real-time updates and interactive features like sticky notes, drawing tools, and templates are super helpful for brainstorming sessions. It feels just like using a physical whiteboard, but with way more flexibility and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
ometimes the boards can get a bit slow if they’re really large or if too many people are editing at once. Also, the pricing might not be ideal for smaller teams with tighter budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate better, especially when we're working remotely. It's great for brainstorming, organizing ideas, and creating workflows in a visual way. It has really cut down on the back-and-forth in emails and meetings since we can all work on the same board in real-time. It’s also super helpful for mapping out complex processes or plans.
