Miro helps my team collaborate quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use! My team uses it everyday and it is so helpful for our collaboration. It has become a staple for our team in almost every project. Customer support is always available whenever we have issues with quick responses and fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once boards start to get too full, they become almost unusable. We start new boards when that happens but it would be helpful if there was a way to not overload them or maybe there could be a limit of memery that can be used per board?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our team a place to share ideas and concpets in a way that allows us to work on different projects at different times.
Miro, Team Board & Visual Mapping Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Visual nature of the platform and the range of useful applications that can be applied for use of Miro boards. It is very intuitive to use and easy to apply (our whole team uses it). The customer support is good and very responsive. We frequently use Miro boards in our team and it is integrated into our routine (weekly, we have a meeting to go over our Miro board).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the items can be hard to locate on a board if the board gets too complex. Some parts of the Miro can be clunky (reording frames, or trying to select a large number of objects to group / sometime the ease of implementation can be tricky - such as setting what should go in front of another item).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team Organisation, KPI visualisation, work planning and idea generation.
Miro is a required asset in anyone's tech toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different ways to use Miro. You can use it to organize data, make technical documentation, storymapping, etc. On my team, we would even use it to play silly games and create different scenes.
There's infinite uses for the product and it's fun exploring the different ways to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a real pain in the butt using the arrow features. It never seems to save your color or arrow width so you have to re-do it constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us visualize customer problems and gaps in our platform. It also helps us then take the next step in creating a visual way to see how was can solve these gaps.
Collaborative and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone and everyone can use to plan at the same time. We can do group activities in a remote environment and also see what everyone else is doing in real time. I use Miro everyday and have multiple different boards in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any downsides to the program. Every once in awhile the webpage crashes/locks up, but that's just like any online program from time to time. It's usually back up and running upon a refresh of the page.
Functionality I'd like to see: ability to add drop down boxes into tables

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro primarily for PI Planning. I also have a personal Kanban board for my daily tasks.
Excellent Collaborative Platform - Would Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for working with both creative teams and clients. The ease of use means that I feel comfortable sending to clients and can easily integrate into my working practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to house images higher than 4K as we often work to higher resolutions. As boards get filled up with content, I've found they can slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having clients across multiple time zones - feedback has a tendency to get lost in email chains, but Miro keeps all comments in on place.
Many application possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Displays all your thoughts and proposals in an organized manner. For what we use it for, it on'y scratches the surface. The ability to 'live' update our project throughout the day, keeps the teams, across the globe updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing what applications exist which can be applied to the project you are trying to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team being able to observe requirements for job without having all the message traffic and excessive meetings that could occur if Miro was not available.

Extremely helpful in daily usage!
What do you like best about the product?
The MIRO tam is really addicted to customer feedback and seems to have a really good product management, as they try to carefully but courageously to evaluate the most useful features for the majority of the users. There are tons of useful features even for beginners and many more for advanced or professionals. If you do use online boards for workshop or facilitating purposes, you need to have a MIRO account. Even the number of useful integrations is still raising. Ride on!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a thing which makes it difficult for companies from certain license counts on to stay at MIRO, because finance departments are not the users , but only see that there are much cheaper tools.
