Actually first tool that comes in my mind
What do you like best about the product?
How it makes you feel you own the board - like you can really touch it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not using upgraded version - so it takes some time to load my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to customize my diagrams even after i used a template . I feel like miro has no limitations.
An all-in-one powerhouse for a product manager
What do you like best about the product?
As a B2B product manager in fintech, Miro has become an essential part of my daily workflow. I use it for brainstorming, structuring complex information, and collaborating with colleagues, but its standout feature for me is its presentation capability. The ability to create visually appealing and dynamic slides directly within Miro has been a game changer—I no longer rely on any other tools for internal presentations. Additionally, the extensive library of templates and the simplicity of designing diagrams and process flows make it a highly versatile tool for product work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one major downside is the table functionality. It’s clunky and doesn’t match the otherwise seamless experience Miro offers. Improving this feature would make Miro an even more perfect tool for structured data work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fragmented tools for collaboration and presentations
Difficulty in visually organizing complex fintech workflows
Inefficient collaboration in remote or hybrid teams
Limited tools for creating impactful presentations quickly

Miro helps me better visualize our company's internal processes
What do you like best about the product?
As we work with a lot of films, being able to organize them in a timeline with pictures of their posters for sure help us better memorize our titles.
Also, being able to draw internal processes on Miro makes us have a better understanding of our functions and responsabilities.
About the plataform itself, I like that it`s very ease to understand and to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that the platform lacks a better optimazation for PCs that are not that powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launch several films each week. Miro let us visualize each title`s poster in a timeline, helping us to memorize them.
A thoughtful, flexible tool that is extremely helpful in an increasingly remote world
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the basics of online collaboration, Miro has thoughtful tools built in with an awareness of common UX and research practitioner activities. The tagging, clustering, and voting capabilities make it easy to facilitate workshops or analyze testing results. The system of projects and spaces also makes it easy to organize boards at an enterprise level. Even being able to copy items from a spreadsheet and convert to tables or stickies is massively helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say Miro has some minor UX issues that are not blockers but can cause friction. For instance, default alignment on sticky notes being center-aligned which is harder to read, the limited color palette on tags (with some of those colors being hard to read with text), and font scaling vs. resizing on text fields. We have also encountered an issue in voting where users were not able to cast votes on the items they themselves had contributed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting both internal and client workshops, acting as an online and collaborative whiteboard, easy way to mind map and strategize for projects
On the right way to improve this tool

- Easy to use
- There are a lot of integrations
- Templates are handy

What do you dislike about the product?
- A lot of technical issues, the board is always slow in the interactions and sometimes some content disappears or it's kind of hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me the possiblity to represent ideas in different way: textual, with images, stickers. that's almost impossible with other tools
Improve work efficiency with talktrack
What do you like best about the product?
I am a regular user of the asynchronous meeting feature "talktrack." Previously, we used to have meetings with 4-5 people for 30 minutes each (once or twice a week), but with the introduction of talktrack, these meetings have been eliminated, and discussions can now be completed in just 7-10 minutes at a time convenient for each person. Since the meetings are not held at a fixed time, there is no longer a need to leave discussions unfinished for the next meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to integrate with PowerPoint.
We create materials for clients using PowerPoint and conduct reviews of these materials using talktrack.
Currently, we are "uploading" PowerPoint slides and then "extracting" them to paste.
When there are corrections during the material review, we go back to PowerPoint to edit, then copy and paste the images again into miro. It would be more convenient if editing could be done directly on miro.

It is leading to improved business efficiency. By using talktrack, we can use the necessary time appropriately when needed, without spending unnecessary time.
Convenient to quickly create and share diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient to be able to easily create and share diagrams for the purpose of understanding something myself or explaining it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be a bug where shapes cannot be placed in the frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm glad that everything related to diagrams can be completed with miro.
Great visual planning tool with slight learning curve.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the colloborative aspect of Miro, as it enables a geographically dispersed team like ours to communicate and work separately all towards the same goal. It's useful for tying in links back to our PM tool with planned updates for pages, or user journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve for new users, as it took me a minute to get use to scrolling around boards. Also, some of our boards have gotten a bit unwieldly, which makes it hard to find what you need, so we're still figuring out the best way to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to centralize our current website look/flow, while allowing us to discuss, or suggest updates to that flow. We just discovered layers and those help to keep everything much cleaner, between documents, discussions and sticky notes, it now allows us to better organize the ongoing development for our website.
