    Non-Profit Organization Management

Very satisfying to organize

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to compile all of my thoughts. Every week, i enter in all of the tasks I have to do and coordinate with my team. It is very satisfying to check off my tasks as the week goes on. I can't recommend this site enough for teams to coordinate and brainstorm on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to change how your mouse moves the screen. It can either scroll up or down or zoom out suddenly. I wish I could edit these functions in settings. Sometimes the website will lag and I have to restart it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My thoughts are always scattered, so writing everything down then categorizing it helps ease my anxiety. It can make a large project feel easier to complete

A highly collaborative productivity tool that keeps getting better and better

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a phenomenal tool which allows productivity exercises from high level architecture all the way to detailed systems mapping, as well as enabling both formal and informal structures for collaborative discovery. The main reason why we use Miro is for it's ease of use and ability to host a large number of active users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app can be taxing on low-mid spec devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently used Miro for a systematic design deep dive of our entire tech stack and it allowed us to surface key areas of inefficiencies, driving our architecture roadmap for 2025.

Seamless, Fast, And Hands-Down Best Platform For Innovation and Group Sessions

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for collaboration. Like a digital whiteboard. It's incredibly easy to hop in and get moving, the triggers are intuitive, and the ability to share a screen or do a dot vote is a gamechanger. It is THE BEST facilitation and innovation tool I've ever used. The ability for a client to hop into Miro and get acclimated is super fast (ie implementation). I use it 5 days a week and work with multiple teams across geographies and the experience is seamless. It's been highly reliable over the years and rarely has a break-down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into sharing issues. When I want to engage a client in a workshop, there doesn't seem any easy way for that to happen (it asks me to add seats to my membership). Since I facilitate lots of workshops this can be problematic but I manage it in the account area. It hasn't become enough of a pain point I've ever considered leaving though.

Miro on mobile is tough, but that is more a device bandwidth problem and not Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate in a real-time space with teams across the world. Whether it is workshops, design reviews, design evolutions, or mind-mapping for my own career. It often takes the place of paper and pencil and has tools that will help me accomplish my purpose much more effectively. Miro solves the problems of having a big space to make and create things as well.

    Logistics and Supply Chain

Miro is a great tool for any kind of white-boarding, mockups, process diagrams, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use it is and how easy it is to collaborate on Miro
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to find certain icons and it would be nice if the ones I use frequently where on the main menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a remote company and so it is really helpful for collaborating where we aren't together.

The Visual Collaboration Space for Any Team

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Off the shelf templates for many of the common tasks or activities that we need to do as a team or as individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a find and replace function instead of finding everything and having to manually change every instance I need to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the cold start problem with their templates and Miroverse. It helps me and my team get started on the real work vs needing to set up everything manually. Their tooling improvements and AI features make it easy to analysis and sythensize all of the context and input from our team or clients, making it easier for us to maintain momentum and deliver better.

Essential tool for product development collaboration

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's drag-and-drop functionality and user-friendly design make it easy for anyone on the team to use. On-the-fly updates are super helpful for effective brainstorming sessions. Templates are often helpful to kick start the board. The ability to add comments directly on the board helps us to quickly iterate based on stakeholder input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards sometimes show slow performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's virtual whiteboard is beneficial for maintaining team productivity and engagement, as we often work remotely. Visualization of complex projects and user journey maps are probably the key use cases for me.

Amazing templates, professional and fun add ons, incredibly helpful tool

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The templates! These are so helpful for organizing my work and reducing thetime required to plan and prep for meetings, retros, kickoffs, etc. As a Product + Project manager, these tools are critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JIRA integration could be way better! Improving the card design so it could be more flexible and you could hide and show more fields.

Improving how links look and work in cards/elements: you have the whole elemment linked or a link inside the element, it's a little tricky to click on / keep these separate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time prepping for meetings, planning and organization. Statsu updates and linking items.

#1 Project Management Tool in Toolbelt

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the go to tool for my marketing project management that I use daily. It bridges the boring traditional project management tools and makes the proccess more visual and collobrative keeping teams engaged throughout the whole project. Even if indidivuals have not used Miro before it is extremally user friendly and a quick learn. I have had individual collobrate on boards on a call when it is their first time using Miro. Our whole company is a Miro fan....but I may be the #1. :P

Also thank you for making timelines this year!! <3
What do you dislike about the product?
My number one wish for Miro is a way to easly add a video to a board. There are work arounds but they all require a seperate tool to host the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Keeping teams engaged throughout a project espically for our vitrual team across the globe.
2. Ease of communicating complex projects to stakeholders.
3. I recentally completed a masters in project management and every tool we learned was sooo boring. I love that Miro pulls in project managment with creative visuals. THANK YOU.

Perfect for Presenting Wireframes and Creating Journey Maps

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For each project I get as a growth product manager - I create a separate Miro board - where I can show custom flows that we work on, design improvements, and layouts on different parts that we plan to optimize - what is and how it will look. I'm using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can be too much; I would love to have a mode where similar to Balsamiq, you can create wireframes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me show my work to clients and manage my notes.

A Productivity Beast

  • December 19, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How well formatted it is. I can make all my boards look visually appealing and functional in a matter of minutes. I use this app so much and I find it easy to add images for moodboards etc. I like how you can integrate it with Notion too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be potential for better templates as well as a better folder system. The icons for the different miro boards are tricky to tell apart. Maybe an AI determined icon based on a verbal queue given to it would be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me roadmap my design approach and making it easy to create ideas.
