An ideal tool for planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access, functionality, ease of integration, real-time collaboration, infinitive canvas, customization, facilitation features and support for visual thinkers
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I could think of as a con as of now since it has almost everything that I need to plan and organize things thru collaboration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The various problems include dispersed team collaboration, lack of visual tools for complex ideas, limited engagement during meetings and it has helped us by alignment of teams towards a common discussion/goal and improved engagement
Great collaboration tool with many available templates
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool to use when your team is geographically dispursed, and you need to collaborate. I use Miro often for brainstorming, for creating tracking team tasks with kanban style board, for presentations to clients and on and on. It is so versatile and I like that it does not require a license for everyone to engage. I have not even made a dent in the number of templates available to use. Every week I find a new way to use Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export feature of Miro is not that great. That is a big downside for me as oftentimes I'd love to be able to export what is in Miro and have the output align to exactly as it was laid out in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging clients and internal teams. Through Miro and the ability for multiple people to work on it at the same time, this has increased the engagement of both clients and internal team members and ensure that we 'hear' from everyone.

We Couldn't Do Remote Creative Work Without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time and collective nature of the platform is critical. Being able to see people create something together is so important... especially for remote workers. One of our newest uses is for real-time process design. It's a game changer for process collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't hide and animate objects that I've created. If I could hide and sequence the reveal of content that would be a huge improvement. The new layers feature helps with this some... but not completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve the issue of process design being ambiguous and unknown. It's allowing us to co-develop the process design experience so that its not just one BA who controls the process mapping process. This creates immediate buy-in for process clarity, which had previously been a boring and non-engaging task.
A great way to share ideas and get input from clients
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of working together with a variety of people. There are few barriers to entry so everyone can take part in collaborative sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it's hard for people external to your organisation to join a board as a guest. Especially if they already have an account that they haven't used for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work together real time in a tool that is accessible for non-designers.
Easy to use, and an extremely valuable team tool
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative, intuitive, versatile whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel cluttered on smaller screen sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro streamlines team collaboration, visualizes complex workflows, and centralizes brainstorming in one platform, enhancing productivity and creativity.
Essential software for day-to-day work as a ux researcher
What do you like best about the product?
It helps facilitate collaborative meetings, especially while working hybrid. Also is very flexible so you can have it work for your purposes. I use it every week as a ux researcher!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have many complaints, some of the AI features have needed refining since coming out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration when everyone's not in the same room. Documentation of meeting outcomes. Faciliating workshops.
It's brainstorm, presenting, colaborating -- visually, instead of a shared doc or note full of words
What do you like best about the product?
It's visual. Our orgnzation is a visual culture! The many templates are also a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be connected to the internet to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opening a Miro board is so much more engaging as opening a very wordy document. My personal Miro board help me keep everyone on my mind in one place. I am a paper and pen person, but the endless possibilites of Miro have the same affect as a blank peice of paper.
The best option to Organize and Plan.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like planning projects in MIRO because of its ease of sharing boards and even sharing them with external parties. To implement the use of MIRO, I simply created a board with all the uses and functionalities of the platform, that is, MIRO itself helped me explain it. Since there is no usage limit, I usually clarify all my projects in MIRO before requesting development.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, for me, the least useful part of MIRO is its AI. And possibly it's not MIRO's fault but rather that I haven't been able to find a truly useful application for it. It doesn't bother me, it just doesn't serve me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't find any problem with MIRO itself. Rather, MIRO solves my problems. The most important thing in a company is communication, especially in project development. And with MIRO, it is very easy for me to clarify them and be able to explain them to my clients to get their approval, and even for them to correct the specifications.
Best tool for group collaboration and planning!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how creative you can be with the resources. As a visual learner, having so many templates, features, and methods to organize and document work is such a fun way to do work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be hard to find where you need to be in the board when you first hop in. I'd like a feature that shows windows of where the boards are, then I can click which window/board I want to navigate to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A source of truth for project planning - everyone knows to keep our Miro board updated instead of sending sporadic updates in different forums.
