The best collaboration tool for UX
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to quickly document an idea or concept. I'm often using Miro to facilitate UX workshops for digital products and it's very easy for others to join in who have little experience using the tool. I can find a way to do almsot everything I need to— from creating a quick flow, organize user research, or concept out a wireframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment. Out of all of the competitor tools like Mural, Whimsical, etc. Miro is my go-to favorite tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me communicate an idea or tell a story to others. The biggest benefit is how quickly I can get an idea across.

Best collaborative tool I've tried thus far
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is flexible and works well even with many people in the board. It's my go-to tool for collaborative workshops and brainstorming. I use it on a daily basis.
Specific things I like:
- the board can expand indefinitely (unlike other similar tools like Mural)
- many choices of templates from an active community
- folders help make it easy to find the right board quickly
- navigation is intuitive and new users tend to pick it up very quickly
- many useful tools for all kinds of uses - e.g. wireframing, project planning, presentations, workshops
- responsive dev team at Miro - I made a complaint once on a slightly minor thing about an overlap of a button blocking some of the notes and it was fixed very quickly

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that sometimes it lags when sharing screens, but not sure if that's an MS Teams problem.

As a consultant, I've had to conduct many online workshops. This has always been a challenge as maintiaining engagement online is drastically harder than in in-person workshops. Miro has helped massively in engaging workshop participants online as it allows us to involve them more in the workshops, as they are able to interact visually as well as verbally, and get immediate feedback on their actions.
Miro's replaced my Post-Its and Sharpies
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fluidity of Miro, how its so closly aligned with my working practices. My workshops where once in person with Post-its sharpies and my vocal timer applying pressure to those in attendance.
Now with Miro I can achieve the same results remotly capture insight and develop feedback that much easier for my workshop participants to slow and reads as the workshops proceed. Participants can take a moment and go back adding to notes without feeling awkward standing and walking across a room. Timers and the additional tools help me as a facilitator to keep things on track and on time.
And the export feature, OMG that's a life saver. I dont have to type up badly hand written notes any more! AMAZING!
Its such an exceptional tool for anyone that workings in UX, Design, Data, Business Strategy where collaboration and communication is essential.

My Productivity Tool Box
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to make a short list of things I like best about Miro but here are a few:
1. MIRO doesn't overwhelm you. It gives you the basics you need to do most things. Then if you want to get more complex there are what seems like an endless amount of templates to choose from
2. MIRO allows you to scale your level of creativity. What I like about the templates is the customization involved. You can use a template as is or take one and make it your masterpiece. I start with a vision then look for a template that comes close then get to work!
3. MIRO knows what it's intended purpose is. It doesn't try to be too many different types of products rolled into one. It's a highly customized visual aid tool that sets the foundation and lets you fill it in. This means you can build any type of visual aid.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some settings could be better like sizing a text box. You can only make the box bigger if you increase the font size. That's an extra step. It also slows you down because the text size by default on a new text box is tiny.
2. Permissioning could be easier. If I share a link with someone, that should entitle them to edit access, because I'm controlling that entitlement. Right now you can't copy and paste a link to a user and allow them to start collaborating. You would have to share via email and wait for them to receive it.

Essential Tool for Streamlining Project Workflow
What do you like best about the product?

Best tool to improve efficiency with projects
What do you like best about the product?
After more than a decade using software for sharing ideas, fast prototyping and taking notes, this is the best solution and the current standard in the office. It's easy to set up and share and in a couple of minutes the whole team is sharing ideas. We use it along side our planning software to keep track of oall the tasks and visualize the reach of the project
What do you dislike about the product?
I was used to have pre defined screens for mobile and desktop when prototyping an app. I think Miro is lacking some of them out of the pack, but then you can find what you're looking for in the Miroverse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving two big problem, centralization, and visualization. We use Miro as a central point for our projects, we draw all the ideas there and every team member can go back and check the original idea. And for visualization, we use a lot of diagrams or references for the product. That way we ensure the whole team is on the same page.
