Excellent real time collaborating tool

The ability to work together in a large team yet completely online and yet feel like working with a physical workbook sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant access requests to access particular boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to use white boards and use papers, pens which is utilising natural resources. Also, collaborating with people online and offline all at one place.
"Incredible experience working with Miro as a Product Manager."
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create user flows in just a few hours, perform mockups, conduct team dynamics with stakeholders such as brainstormings, prioritizations..., and share evolutions with the developers among other things...
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to share large flows with other colleagues. There have also been some platform outages that have prevented me from working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the user flows on the same board, which helps me to be more creative and decisive. Additionally, I can work on it collaboratively with the team.
Allows for enough operational work while keeping strategy in place for team collaboration

It allows to decentralise work for our teams around the world. Its templates and easy of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its ai functionalities are limited but its a nice to have feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we need to visibly diagram problems and situations to find solutions, being completely digital allows us to not just colaborate anywhere anytime, but it provides us with a second brain.
Logigram maker
What do you like best about the product?
I discovered Miro when I needed a tool to create a complex logigram for an assignment. I've been a fan ever since!
First of all, I love being able to work on an infinite space, not just an A4 page. It means I can keep my creativity in check and take the space I need to make my work clear and explicit.
Secondly, I really appreciate how easy it is to get to grips with the tool: it doesn't take more than a few minutes to create a nice, fully-customizable diagram! From box shapes to colors and arrow types, it's really complete!
Last but not least, my favorite feature is the post-it notes! In different shapes and sizes, I put them absolutely everywhere to keep track of the progress of my work and highlight the parts that need to be revised. Combined with the comments that can be placed everywhere, I'm able to work in an optimized way thanks to this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I regret a little about this tool is the difficulty of sharing the results of my work. Although you can invite collaborators to take part in the work in Miro, I would have liked to be able to quickly export my work in PDF format to make it more easily shareable, but the option available to do this in the free version absolutely doesn't provide sufficient resolution for the text (although in a reasonably sized font) to be readable on the exported file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create complex logigram for scientific purpose and the practicality of the tool helps me achieve it.
Perfect tool for workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the learning curve for using Micro to be very small. I also like the versatility and ease of sharing the information with other individuals who need to review and input into this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions can be more flexible in terms of connecting blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found it hard to map the journey that a customer takes through various cycles with the business. With Micro I found a tool that was easy to use and gives a accurate visual interpretation of this process.
Couldn't do my job without it
What do you like best about the product?
The Miroverse templates accelerate my work, even if I completely change a template - it gives me somewhere to start from. When you're using Miro as an everyday essential tool, I also think it's easy to use. I find it very easy to use as it's linked to my organization's SSO. The Miro support team are often prompt when replying and the majority of support articles are self-serve. I like the richness of features and the every-evolving options we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Miro every day for 4+ hours. I rely so much on Miro that when they had 2 outages, I couldn't actually work and had to cancel my workshop. I also really dislike the folder/projects set-up for arranging your Miro boards - I find it really confusing and even the help documents don't make sense to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an online 'space' to exist with my global colleagues - where we can get 'physical' with our ideas, and prototype something in real-time. MS Teams is our organization's comms tool of choice, and the Whiteboard integration from MS is awful, lacking in features - almost unusable. I couldn't do my job without Miro.
Good for collaboration and remote working
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a wide range of templates for almost any type of meeting – which is incredibly helpful. I also appreciate that I can save and reuse my own templates.
Collaboration has never been easier, especially with me working from home and my colleagues spread across the country. I use Miro several times a week to collaborate remotely.
It’s especially great for running workshops – that’s where it really shines for me.
We also use it to organize our project and product flow, and to keep everyone informed about what we’re working on. The Jira plugin is a great help for that.

What do you dislike about the product?
After collaborating in Miro, it’s sometimes difficult to reference or revisit the outcomes. The boards can feel a bit unstructured, especially when a lot of input is added quickly.
For analyzing user interviews, it can get overwhelming with so many notes on one board. The automated clustering isn’t really helpful in these cases, and the AI feature also doesn’t work well for handling or summarizing interview notes – it lacks the precision and context needed for deeper analysis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by giving us a shared whiteboard we can all access and work on in real time, no matter where we are. It makes our work accessible from anywhere, which is essential for our remote setup. Knowing that the platform is secure also gives us confidence when collaborating on sensitive topics.
Great, smooth experience with a few frustrating bugs every now and again
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows me to put together ideas in a visual manner, it makes me more experimental in my work. The ability to quickly add screen shots and trees, helps me better construct a narrative that is more visually appealing. I love how quickly I can put my thoughts on paper, allowing for great brain storming. It's very easy and quick to use that is great for storying information.
What do you dislike about the product?
My boards get cluttered, it's hard for others to locate things if I don't direct them to an area.
There a sometimes bugs where it's slow, screen shots don't load or miro freezes
Sometimes I struggle to find certain functionality, like a table.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of perfectionism. For example, when typing in word or devops, there is this feeling that everything needs to be refined before being inputted. Miro places an emphasis on the ideas, A place where I can dump and store my ideas before refining them further.
It allows me to gather my ideas using both text and images in a quick and easy manner. It allows for collaboration between me and my teammates, as well as a place for us to store all our information in a transparent and accessible manner.

A great product for team communication
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely simple to set up, join and add to boards. The ability to snip a portion of the page and save it as a PNG immediately really helps in streamlining flow. The addition of using draw.io as a function to put items such as ER Diagram elements as well further helps streamline workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the lack of an ability to have a personal team and a normal team with other teammates. Purely since you have to remember to private a board and invite people again if you need it limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily set up boards with multiple members having access to easily add what they need and rearrange when necessary.
The best app for shared projects managment
What do you like best about the product?
the friendly interface that shows me where i need to go
What do you dislike about the product?
it gets slightly complicated in big projects, but still not that bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solved the problem of continious updates on the project by notifying all team users about it, and the comments helps with brief discussions that are shared among the team as well
