Really important addition to remote work toolset
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using Miro, I thought it was a glorified online whiteboard. However, I was quickly won over, as our teams are almost fully remote (six continents). It has become the go-to collaboration tool, and virtually every important meeting/decision in our company is documented on Miro. We're at the point where even in-person meetings have an associated Miro board.
Linking the Jira cards to the Miro board is really useful, as our R&D team is a heavy user of Atlassian's tool stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle to find all the different boards. Unless someone provides me with a direct link, wading through the various boards is a bit of a spaghetti mountain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration of 380+ staff across six continents.
Miro is great for keeping sync between team members
What do you like best about the product?
i really like being able to have a whole team looking at, and editing a document. it is great for syncing a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a app for linux, so i have to use the browser version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as a kanban board, and as a place to diagram solutions
Our product planning can't progress without Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to visualize relations and flows of multiple aspects of the products/features, using different colors, shapes, lines, and images. I always use borad sharing option to Slack and Notion, which we used as the official communication spaces, and the boards can directly gather feedback from team members. I sometimes use templates provided in the strategy and planning category. They're awesome. As I'm a frequent user, I appreciate Miro can be accessed via SSO, which keeps me login all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's better if Miro has customization options. For example, orders of shape and lines listed in the menu are fixed, but I would like some frequently used shapes to be shown at the top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To clarify relationships of different aspects of features and ideas. To identify step-by-step flows for customer journeys. To streamline organizational charts and roles and responsibilities. To conduct brainstorming and KPT with teammates.
Great collaboration software! And general tool for brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
How it allows me to collaborate and quickly map out things, quickly make diagrams, generally quickly onboard other users. I use it with most of my team on an everyday basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI tools don't really work as much as I'd like. I wish AI could assist you in doing certain things like guiding yout throught process. Also very limited offline facilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to have a permanent, quick and "smart" online whiteboard
Intuitive Collaboration Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for team collaboration and facilitation with clients and find it to be a clean and easy-to-use visual workspace, ideal for participatory collaboration. I like that it's pretty easy to get started right away and has the ability to scale to more complexity. I also appreciate the templates, which I often reference for examples and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have to remind myself to check to see what is 'locked down' before going from board design to board use. And often when small things change on the board, the connections between items (the lines) can get all messed up in big ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for a clean and easy to use visual workspace for participatory collaboration, though I have to watch out for locked items and connection issues.
Miro is easy to use. Great for engineers to design and share implementation plans.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Less overwhelming compared to Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text formatting is not quite as advanced as I like and the table building functionality is not great. However, I do think they're solving this via the Docs feature.
I wish there was an easy way to build UML diagrams. All it's missing is a way to create a table for UML schemas and list out fields easily.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an engineer, I can quickly build out engineering and systems diagrams. It's fun to use.
Short sweet concise
What do you like best about the product?
I would like to highlight the ease of use on Miro to get ideas out in a digital format. Short of using a physical whiteboard it's been a hub for remote teams to collaborate and diagram our issues out in a presentable manner.
The templates are useful in a number of ways. Even when all the elements are not incorporated into the discussion the individual compenents can be repurposed appropriately.

What do you dislike about the product?
One constant issue we have as a participant is text on the elements tend to get bigger and bigger.
The longer the discussion and in turn the production of elements tend to end up with text size in the triple digits.
This could be the problem of the user.
Maybe there should be a way to normalize the board at the end. To scale down both text / icon elements appropriately?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General whiteboard discussions as the need arises. Otherwise all this will have to be captured in text format somehow.
Virtual Whiteboard of my Dreams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can super quickly drop, images, pdfs and links on my boards. I like that you can draw on top of items and then download mark-ups in a pdf. It feels very fluid and a place to keep all of my design, its super helpful as an Interior Designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the drawing tools and arrows etc. a little fussy to navaigate espeically compared to non-cloud programs. I would love a revision bubble tool or improvements to the arrow with text tool, like it doesnt need to link so hard to an item. I would love a way to make like a standard title block on a board and keep using that one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing a single online location for all the images and documents needed in the design process that can be shared and collborated on with others.
UX\UI Design student's review of Miro's intuitive interface and features
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro for about three years and it's been great so far. As a design student, using Miro has been very convenient because their interface is intuitive and customisable. They also have a lot of amazing templates that make brainstorming and design easy. It’s great for group projects. I use it to show my lecturers progress on my projects and take notes of their feedback. I've used it for assignments that involved data collection and used their charts feature to make custom charts to display the data visually. I've also used it to compile research and make presentations. My absolute favourite part of Miro has to be the cute stickers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't control the exact size of shapes and other elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaborating, sharing progress and getting feedback easy.
Great board for workshop and activity
What do you like best about the product?
Miro AI is great for generating images and removing background. A lot of stickers are provided. Features are great to meet all the needs of a workshop
What do you dislike about the product?
The look is less modern compared to Figjam. It's also a bit hard for me to locate a board. It's a bit inconvenient if I want to include a Figma screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide a flexible working board for everyone to view and collaborate together
