Smooth Interface, Great Flexibility, Needs Export Fix

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive availability of different forms and shapes for diagrams in Miro, as they help me to better visualize the issues I face. I also appreciate the smooth interface and comfortable customer experience. The initial setup of Miro was very easy. My team switched to Miro from SimpleMindMaps because of the smoother interface and convenience of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes export of diagrams works incorrectly. I'm either not able to export diagrams at all or the exported file does not reflect the correct location of elements of the diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my life, manage tasks, and break down complex work issues. It's also useful for my hobbies and planning.

Flexible Collaboration, Needs UI Consistency

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be very flexible; it really feels like workshopping in person because of its features like Post-it notes, colors, fonts, sizes, and the various options for design. It's also pretty easy to transport to a presentation format because everything is already kind of designed in a polished way for presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for me, the experience between desktop and mobile and tablet and browser is kind of very different from each other. I'm more used to using it on the mobile app. Whereas sometimes if I have to use something on a desktop, it just gets a little kinda funky. I use a PC. But I've noticed that my colleagues who have MacBooks are completely fine. I think the user interface or user experience across different platforms or different devices can be somewhat more integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to work with teams across different time zones without needing to be in the same room, solving scheduling conflicts. It allows us to collaborate in real time on a board, making it feel like we're together.

Great visual collaboration tool for project planning

  • March 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how visual and intuitive it is. As a Project Manager, I use it frequently to build Kanban boards, timelines, and roadmaps, which makes it much easier to organize project information and communicate plans with the team. The platform has a high frequency of use in my day-to-day work because it’s simple to adopt thanks to its ease of implementation. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other tools we use, and whenever we’ve needed assistance, the customer support resources have been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is excellent for visual collaboration, but improving performance on very large boards and making some advanced features easier to find would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve the challenge of organizing ideas and project information in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand. In many projects, discussions, planning, and documentation can end up scattered across different tools, which makes it harder to keep everything consistent. With Miro, I can bring brainstorming, planning, and visual roadmaps together in one place. As a Project Manager, it supports me in mapping out timelines, organizing work with Kanban boards, and clearly explaining project plans to the team and stakeholders in a visual format. Overall, it makes collaboration smoother and helps everyone stay aligned on priorities and progress.

Visualization Simplified for Workflows

  • March 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro's capacity for visualization, as it makes things very clear. It's especially helpful for setting up campaigns, like ad campaigns or email marketing, allowing me to visualize what comes after each step. The visual aspects make it easy to understand deviations and specificities based on behavior. The process of using Miro feels quite straightforward, and I'm able to use it effectively for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being a designer, it took me some time to get used to it but not such a big friction. I easily and quickly got more comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me breakdown steps for workflows and visualize ad campaigns and email marketing. It clarifies each step and deviation, making processes visually easy.
