Using a Miro as an Engineer

I like using Miro either for personal projects or for work. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Miro in general but it could be cool if you could develop more cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro saw significant growth during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic when many people were working from home. Currently, it is evident that our use of Miro is not as frequent as it once was. I mainly use Miro to create flowcharts, but there are numerous other tools available for this purpose. I believe Miro needs to reconsider its business model and strategy for marketing its product.
Awesome for annotated rich collab and sketching
What do you like best about the product?
You can collaborate easily on a canvas with colleagues. It is extremely performant and behaves in real-time very well. It's a beautiful piece of engineered service, it works in a browser but also with a desktop application that provides a fantastic experience (checked on Windows), you can leave a tab opened in the desktop app and it restores the session without issues every time for days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things but as always, you can have space for some improvements. Particularly, I would like to have some support for offline capabilities, maybe similar to drawio, however, it seems very difficult to implement it correctly, since the focus is on collaboration, so the sync issues could mess around with the canvas.
Another one I would like for sure, is to import vector graphics.
